I recently stayed at Bintan Exotica Resort and it was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. My room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed.
The hotel's facilities were great. The food was a highlight! I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

Spent a very nice three nights at Bintan Exotica Resort. People were all very warm and attentive, the house facilities were complete and good, and most importantly the view was just extremely beautiful! Excellent reception made my perfect Easter trip! Highly recommended✨

Relaxing and nice place to stay. The staff are allo accomodating, the massage is good and the food is very nice also. Its good for couples, group of friends and family who would want a quick getaway from the city. We will definitely go back soon.

The best gateaway for a long weekend from Singapore. The staff is the friendliest and goes the extra mile to accommodate with your request. We were the only family having dinner late at night but they still set up the karaoke for us since we requested. The villas are very well maintained and washrooms are spotless. No mosquitoes in the area but the wifi can be slow at times, still manageable if you are on holidays. The resort also did some arrangements for Easter egg hunts and some other entertainment for the kids and they had a fun time.

I think this place is very different to the other resorts on Bintan - not just due to its lower price but also its location and authenticity. It feels locally run and managed and is a unique place to stay. If you’re used to 5* very sanitised resort experiences you might not like this - it’s more of a unique kind of stay and not everything is new and sparkly. That said it’s really interesting and our particular chalet right by the beach was very special. Hearing the waves come in just by the chalet and watching the birds and wildlife is really great. The tide goes out very far so swimming is only really viable at the two high tide pints a day, but it’s fun when it does come in. The food is amazing! Hugely varied menu with very affordable prices. No bar when we were there and no alcoholic drinks on the menu, but you could order beer off menu. Not a problem for us but just something to note :) staff are really nice and helpful.
