Not up to the mark…rooms were not great..service was ok..not much option for breakfast..washroom were not clean…

Worst. With this pricing, facilities provided by hotel is of a low cost hotel. No toiletries. Two towels provided for stay of 3 persons. Bottle water provided after much persuasion

This was the single dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The bed sheet had a big, prominent stain on it. The headboard, bizarrely made of cloth, was coated in some sort of white powder or maybe just dust. The wash basin in the bathroom had someone else's water still in it, and the tea kettle likewise still had leftover water. The shampoo had not been replaced from the previous guest, as it was previously opened and half-filled, with its label shriveled from having been previously exposed to water. Every crack and crevice had dirt and grime in it. And, in addition, the hot water lasted for only about two minutes each time we used it, the hotel didn't provide complimentary bottles of water or tea or coffee, and when we asked for water, they said they'd bring it up and just never did. Moreover, the walls are paper-thin, and there's a ton of noise from the hall pretty much constantly. In short, avoid this dirty, disgusting and noisy dump at all costs.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms has a constant bad smell coming from it. The WiFi only reaches the hotel lobby so there will be no WiFi in your room and to top it off very loud music was played from a huge speaker until 10pm. The speaker is so loud you cannot even speak to each other in your own room. Why there is a speaker playing loud music which faces all the rooms I don’t know, there was also no one in the court yard so I’m not sure who the music was meant for.

Amazing rooms with great ambience. Had a wonderful family stay. Food was also good. Staff was cooperative too.

The Hotel looks good from outside. Rooms on first floor facing the road are filthy, washroom issues, dirty towels dim lit rooms, Sofa in the room seems to be some 30 years old with tea/coffee/dishes spots all over it. Rooms on second floor facing backside seem newly built and are far better than the ones on first floor, but towels in the room are still telling their sad story. Restaurant at ground floor is good, only vegetarian food is served. No issues in food, staff in restaurant are very polite and ready to help in all aspects. Breakfast is not very great, but no complaints, staff for breakfast serving is also helpful.

Location - it was centrally located food- average( the breakfast had very limited food items) and the quality was average
property - was pretty but nothing that special. Rooms - it did not have any windows. Other than that it was pretty. The drivers could eat and sleep in the dormitory overall an average stay

Our one night stay in this property was a satisfactory experience. The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a decent level. The buffet breakfast and dinner were of average quality and the staff didn't make any effort to better the guest experience.
