The room had almost everything broke, spring box, coffee maker, no heather working but was repair. No hair drier but I got one at the front desk, people at front desk are very nice .

The property looks fine on the outside, but it feels insecure (there are even signs in the elevator warning you of securing your vehicle).
The rooms were dirty and our door did not close completely, it has a about 1/2 inch free space in the top so you could hear the aisle as if you had the door open.
The **** smell was intense.
I did not like the experience.

Call this place “Pigeon Poop Inn.” When you step out of your car you’ll be walking through pigeon poop. There are a few areas above the front entrance where pigeons roost. Come on, management, hire a specialist to get roosting pigeons off your property. The entrance would be much more inviting. With the pigeon poop exception we liked this hotel. The staff were welcoming, room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We will even stay here again … but will be cautious when taking our first step onto the property.

The a/c would alternate between blowing hot and cold when set to heat on a cold december night. The breakfast was pretty weak compared to similiar hotels. The most comfortable pillows of all Big Spring hotels.

Bathroom floor was sticker, put towels on floor to walk on.
Hair dryer didn’t work, took it to front desk & was told they would send one after 9:00, we had to leave before 8:00. My wife did what she could with her hair without a hair drier.

Definitely not a great experience front desk was extremely rude couldn’t even get them to change the bed when the whole thing was nasty and had stains.

The property looks clean as does reception entrance. The interior room still looked new. The shower leaks. The remote control and sensor not synced. The emergency exit is used for exiting the property causing the alarm to go off numerous times.
