This hotel is in a small town so I was nervous about how good it would be especially as we were a group of 10 on a cycling trip. After a slightly frosty welcome from one member of staff (maybe because we were a group of 10 English men) the stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as it was hot when we arrived the swimming pool was excellent, clean and refreshing. The hotel grounds are superbly maintained. There is parking. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food and the service were very good. I think even the one member of staff cheered up when he realised we are a very respectful group and didn't behave like a stag party. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 24-day trip. The village where the hotel is located is quiet and about 20-30 minutes from the villages on the Alsace wine route. The young man who checked us in was helpful, but for some reason not especially friendly. The room was small, but was clean and overall comfortable. There is a restaurant on the main level and a large patio for enjoying meals outside. This hotel is very popular with Europeans, so many people were smoking on the patio, which would have made it unpleasant for us. The dinner prices seemed high, so we ate elsewhere. Never saw the pool that is mentioned in the description and it was not mentioned by the staff...? Plenty of free parking in their lot or on the street. Would consider staying here again.

I spent one night in this hotel during a business in France. It is located very close to the Rhein and consequently to the german border. The lady ar reception is very kind and her cooperation was brilliant when Inasked her how to do due to my very late evening arrival (she explained to me everything perfectly) Rooms are cleaned and breakfast is complete

Venus 3 nuitées entre amis pour visiter les marchés de Noël de Colmar et environs . Personnel très agréable , sympathique et à l'écoute des clients . Repas délicieux , service à table discret et de qualité. Chambre agréable et bien insonorisée.

Personale cordiale, parlano tutti inglese, stanze pulite, forse solo avrei preferito il bagno un po' più grande. Abbiamo cenato due sere in ristorante, piatti onesti, ottimo servizio. Piscina perfetta per un riposo dopo una giornata impegnativa. Forse solo la colazione da migliorare. Ci tornerei

Hôte à disposition de ses clients et qui aime leur faire plaisir. Chambres spacieuses et confortable. Piscine chauffée incroyable. Petit déjeuner excellent avec de bons produits locaux ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié que l’hôte vienne me prévenir de la coupure de courant de la nuit s’inquiétant pour la charge de ma Tesla. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs qui recherchent une halte paisible et tres agréable !

Ayant déjà eu la chance de manger en famille depuis les années 60 ainsi que mon mariage en1972. Toutes nos fêtes familiales on lieu dans ce restaurant. L accueil le service le repas ainsi que le décor tout est toujours au top.La dernière grande surprise c est la piscine grandiose qui rayonne dans ce parc fleurie toute l année.

Vous trouverez un havre de paix proche de tout en Alsace. Leur parc avec la piscine est juste sublime, vous avez l’impression d’être déconnecté de tout La chambre est très bien, tout le personnel est avenant et surtout il ont cette fibre service client qui se perd dans de nombreux endroits qui je pense est inculqué par la directrice Nos amis les chiens sont considérés comme des clients. Dans notre chambre nous avions à l’arrivée une gamelle, une serviette de toilette et un drap ( pour que notre chien ne dorme pas sur le sol). C’est la première fois que j’ai cette attention 👍👍👍 Leur restauration est comme l’hotel au top. Des plats fais maison ( et je m’y connais je suis de la profession), généreux et pour des tarifs très respectables. Je recommande sans hésiter

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits . Tout le monde a été aux petits soins pour nous ainsi que pour notre petit chienne Mona . La priorité c’est le bien être de leur client . Depuis l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ tout s’est très bien passé . Le restaurant est au top comme leur personnel et la qualité des plats . La chambre (standard ) pour nous était très propre et l’hôtel super bien situé et au calme . La piscine avec son parc sont de vrais plus Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et remercions encore toute l’ équipe .
