Radisson Lucknow City Center

Location is great but service is not that good especially the restuarant and housekeeping.

Stayed there for 2 days and it was horrid ke experience. There is no housekeeping number every time you have to make a call in reception and then you have to remind them 3 times that what you ask for. Delay in every service.

Drei Sterne hier sind nicht äquivalent zu drei Sternen in Europa. Sauberkeit war ***gelhaft. Positiv zu erwähnen jedoch ist die Service und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - sehr freundlich!

It was good overall, except that there was a party going on, On a weekday & it had blasting music. Despite our telling them repeatedly, nothing was done & we had a difficult time sleeping

My recent stay at the Radisson Lucknow offered a mixed bag of experiences, leaving me with a nuanced perspective on this centrally located establishment. One of the hotel's primary advantages is its strategic location, placing it in close proximity to historical monuments. However, the convenience of this central positioning is somewhat offset by the slightly congested approach road. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a polite and courteous staff, who made an effort to ensure a smooth check-in process. Unfortunately, my initial enthusiasm waned when I entered the room. The overall condition of the upholstery, carpet, and towels left much to be desired, that hinted at the need for urgent replacement. In the first room I was assigned, the AC unit proved to be a source of discomfort. Not only did it emit an incessant blower noise, but it lacked basic temperature and fan speed controls. After bringing this to the attention of the staff and insisting on a change, I was relocated to a room with a properly functioning AC unit. This adjus**ent significantly improved the quality of my stay, and I commend the hotel staff for their responsiveness in addressing the issue. On a more positive note, the breakfast experience was a highlight of my stay. The morning spread was laid out elaborately, offering a wide variety of options to suit diverse tastes. The culinary offerings were well-prepared, and the attentive staff added a pleasant touch to the dining experience. In conclusion, while the Radisson Lucknow boasts a prime location and a commendable breakfast spread, there are notable areas that require attention. The worn-down condition of room amenities and the initial AC unit malfunction detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay. With some refurbishments and a focus on room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to elevate its standing in the hospitality landscape.

Experience was good than other properties available. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very supportive, spacious rooms

Rooms were not cleaned properly, dusty floors, and mould in bathroom, customer service was very poor, never going to stay in this hotel.....
