I had Worst Experience of my Life Staying at this Hotel Hotel Bonne Sante Even Free , this Hotel is Expensive The So Called Boss of the Hotel is Even Worst i strongly Suggest /advice People Specially Foreign Guest/travelers Not to Choose this Hotel for your Stay , This Hotel is Very Unsafe , Staff had the worst attitude ,very unprofessional , Worst Services Last not the least if you get robbed in Taksim Square Remember it will was preplanned from Bonne Sante Be aware

it was very bad experience because they give us 25 meters room for 7 guys 5 adult and 2 kids there was not Enough space just for luggage’s no closed nothing and nothing

unsafe got stolen my cellphone my stolen and went to the police to make a report they did nothing because they said we don't know English. the city is beautiful, but most people are so bad they will take advantage of you knowing nothing. unsafe unsafe

We stayed here for a one night stopover at the end of our trip to Istanbul, and one night was more than enough. I'll cover the good points first as it won't take long. It's in a good location, just a few meters off Taksim square. That's the good point out of the way, now to the poor and the downright bad. The hotel stinks throughout of cigarette smoke, this is probably due to the guy by the main street entrance who hawks tours to passers by, he constantly smokes & you have to squeeze past him to get into the hotel & his smoke rises throughout. The rooms are small, which isn't an issue, but they aren't the cleanest and the bathroom was grubby. Speaking of the bathroom, whoever built the one in our room had a sense of humour. He decided to put the shower screen door tight up against the washbasin, the result is that the shower door will only open around 250mm/10". My 55kg wife just squeezed in, I at 80kg, needed to perform some interesting gymnastics to get into the shower. Any "larger" folks would genuinely struggle. See photos. Our bed cover was covered in felt pen decoration, no doubt left by the previous resident's 2 year old. Breakfast was a sad affair, the breakfast staff were friendly enough, but the food was scarce. We went down to breakfast at 0900 & the buffet was nearly empty, it didn't get replenished. Coffee was instant powder. If you wanted a proper coffee from the machine, there was an extra charge. Checkout was interesting & the manager's Piece de Resistance. In a nutshell, the manager wouldn't let us leave until we had written a review in his presence for his approval. He was very insistent to the point of holding our luggage hostage. This could account for the numerous favourable reviews for the establishment. We flatly refused to write our review there & then, not least because our taxi was waiting outside. We retrieved our luggage & left. Avoid this hotel, there are much better ones in the locale.

I came to Istanbul with my family for five days, and the stay was in this hotel. We liked it very much. The distinguished location of the hotel is at the beginning of Istiklal Street, close to many famous shops. The level of the hotel is very good. The staff are very friendly and provide assistance at all times and smiles on their faces. You feel that you are at home. The room was of an excellent standard and has everything we need. I advise anyone who wants to stay in Istanbul to come here. For sure, my family and I will repeat this experience.

Hotel located in a great location. Breakfast is basic, in case you order an omelet they charge extra. Room 303 doesn't have a window, porch is to the next building, no day/night light from the outside. Service was good. In order to enter the hotel you need to climb about 12 stairs. Inside the hotel you have an elevator. Rooms are very clean.
