We checkin in very late at night. The night receptionist was very nice but there was a mix up with our room and at first they put us in a basement. We took a walk, got back and he apologetically asked us to move rooms. ugh .. ok. The next morning the very senior manager demanded that we change rooms, when I informed him that we were inconvenienced the night before he literally got in my face ( ? ) angry and said ... " So what ? " .. we ended up leaving.... The owners shouldn't be running a touristic hotel. Its more like a car repair shop.
