Marshall Meadows Manor House

This hotel is set in stunning grounds. The hotel is beautiful, everything you need for a relaxing stay is on hand. It is close to Berwick Upon Tweed and to the sea. The staff are all wonderful, they are so friendly and helpful. We hope to return and stay again very soon.

Great room with fab views in a beautiful location. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. A lovely all round stay. The venue was beautiful and clean offering a relaxing stay in the country but a short distance from Berwick-upon-Tweed and it's great range of restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room and good location. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricy and although it was lovely on the first night stay the food on the second evening in the restaurant was not worth what we paid for it.

Expected more given the reviews. Room was okay not quite as on website. Bathroom great. Bed could use a new mattress and mattress cover cheap. Dinner was fabulous and staff attentive. Breakfast big disappointment…….granola was muesli. Spouse’s kippers tough!

Marshall Meadows is a lovely 4 star hotel very close to Berwick upon Tweed. The car park is close to the hotel and easily accessible. Lovely sea view room, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. What more can you ask for. A quality stay. Thank you.

This is an elegant country house hotel. The public rooms are stylish and comfortable. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff were all very welcoming and everything was done with a quiet, unobtrusive efficiency. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a sea view. One of the things I appreciated was that there was a very well set up alcove and dressing table with electric sockets where I could use the hairdryer in comfort. You may be surprised how often that doesn’t happen in even the most expensive hotels. The breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. I have dietary requirements and the chef made sure these were taken account of and I had the most delicious, adapted meals, without feeling I was missing out in any way. for It is very conveniently situated, only minutes away from the Scottish Borders. It is in a very peaceful situation. We thought it was extremely good value for money.

This place is pure luxury, with outstanding rooms, outstanding staff and outstanding food. The bedroom was lovely, the waterfall shower was divine, and the dinner and breakfast were just delicious. The staff were also all so friendly and helpful

This place is perfect. The ease of access, the parking, the hotel itself and most importantly, the customer service, was faultless. We loved the setting, the grounds and we loved the restaurant. Our evening meal and breakfast the next day were both excellent and we cannot wait to return to this spot of absolute charm and luxury

This overnight stay in the Marshall Meadows Manor House, was an unexpected treat that my wife found to celebrate a birthday. We arrived in the pouring rain and although our room was not ready ( we arrived at midday) we hade a lovely drink in the lounge bar. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was lovely and both front of house and back of house chef team gave us a meal that was delicious and well presented. We would love to visit again as the walk into Scotland was a bonus that we would like to explore further. Thank you for a lovely stay.
