Der Empfang im Hotel Kubrat an der Spree war sehr herzlich, beinahe als kommt man nach Hause zu guten Bekannten. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in der Altstadt Köpenicks und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Anlass meines Besuches war ein Konzert in der Wuhlheide, die vom Hotel gut erreichbar ist.

VORSICHT ! Dringend die Zimmer vor Bezahlung prüfen ! Wir waren als Familie Gast und beide Zimmer waren in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Schimmel und Dreck im Bad und an den Fenstern. Zerrissene Bettlaken und Löcher im Kopfkissenbezug. Nach der Beanstandung wurde uns eine Gutschrift versprochen. Leider wurde diese dann nur zu 50 % gewährt !? Mitarbeiter informierten uns, dass sie nicht wissen wie lange noch offen ist.
