Stayed for Berlin Marathon. (our second stay here)... Clean basic rooms... Great friendly helpful reception staff... Good location for metro to get to airport, old airport to register and marathon routes. No complaints.....

Bad structure Dirty and especially the rude and overbearing staff. It is also not recommended because for what it is worth it will close. Education does not respond with education. In fact, they were escorted out just because they didn't want to answer a question. Berlin police does not help. Indeed.

definitely more a youth hostel than a hotel. Long time no refurnishment. Mould in the bathroom. Very loud due to thin wooden floorings, thin doors and windows. Remarkably, they sell earplgs in the lobby like they once used to sell chewing gum. No friendly greetings when arriving at the place (partly customary to Berlin population, but sorry, in a hotel?)
Better get used to take the bed sheets off yourself... you are forced to do that here.
All together - never again.

Very clean place (room, reception). Hotel is situated in very good place- close to metro and train stations and near to great food corner. Hotel is Polish friendly. Staff is really nice and helpful. You can buy some drinks at the hotel. We spent nice time there.

This is a great, no-frills hotel. I stayed here for the Berlin marathon and it fit the bill perfectly. For the price, you can’t beat this. If you’re looking for a hotel with full amenities, this isn’t it, but it’s a great simple clean place to stay with friendly staff who were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Good price performance, except for the fact breakfast was not included. Needed to pay extra 8 EUR. This was not well informed during reservation.

Esperienza eccezionale, ho scelto il posto attirata dai bellissimi colori del palazzo, e una volta arrivata il servizio mi ha sorpreso per l’efficenza ed estrema cordialità. Personale gentile, luogo funzionante e ottima posizione. Avere una camera privata in un ostello da’ quel qualcosa in più di caratteristico e vivace, nonché la possibilità di conoscere persone da tutto il mondo (se non ne si avesse voglia, è comunque un posto silenzioso e intimo). Consiglio a tutti l’esperienza, e ringrazio il personale per aver dato quel qualcosa in più ai miei giorni trascorsi a Berlino.
