地點稍偏，不過如果是開車就沒什麼大區別，房間乾淨整潔，設施相對陳舊，早餐也比較簡單，總體是不錯的體驗

The worst best western I have ever stayed in. The carpets are dirty no cleaners to clean the room I had to ask three times to get towels.

The last time we visited this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. This time it was unacceptably filthy.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean; staff were pleasant and helpful. Negatives: walls were thin enough that we could hear neighbors at a couple of points. Dryer was broken, which we only found out *after* washing clothes. No tissues in room. Not enough electrical outlets.

The service was average and the staff OK. They assisted me at the front desk when I needed. The breakfast was not good...nothing to write home about and they only provide coffee in the rooms and no tea; I cannot drink coffee. The walls are very thin which does not allow of peace and quiet and the blackout curtains are not designed to be closed so the room is always lit which is not ideal for everyone. Overall they are just average.

The hotel was nice enough…the staff was very friendly/attentive. The only issue I had was the smell of smoke near the elevators on some of the floors. I would stay again. It’s close to the convention center…which makes it easy for tournaments.

Poor customer service. Everybody was on their phone, or not what they were supposed to be whenever I had a question.
