房間很乾淨，櫃檯人員人很好，地點也很好，到超市或沙灘都很近，附近也有很多免費的停車位，如果再來玩，還是會選擇這裡

Excellent. Clean, well furnished apartments. The staff are amazing, they were very helpful when we stayed. I left some items in the property and the staff went out of their way to get them back to me. 5 star

Mixed views about Sonrisa. Stayed with family in Panoramic Penthouse. Overall the apartment was very good. Views and location were excellent. The furniture in apartment was tasteful, well thought out and good quality.
But the bathrooms let it down. Too small, too cluttered (why the urinal?), outdated, shabby, but most of all, there was no water pressure and water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to scalding hot.
Wasn't aware the lift didn't go all the way to the top. There is a stair lift, but it was a bit inconvenient, being disabled.
I was also alarmed in the twin room, that the bed was under an unguarded window, with an 11floor drop.
I did enjoy a relaxing break here, but all things considered, I am unlikely to return

Clean and comfortable. Right beside the beach. Family had a great time. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I will be back.

First off the place is no means terrible, it is very different from what we expected. We booked the penthouse for a 5 day hen do. The pictures they display make the place look amazing. When we arrived I was utterly disappointed. First off the room stank of poo every single day. I know the Spanish system is not like ours in the UK but it was unbearable at times and that's all you smelled. The terrace was tiny and again couldn't even sit outside due to the smell. Things were falling apart: door handles, sockets. The electricity would trip every single morning leaving you in a freezing cold shower. There was 5 of us and only gave us 4 towels. As there was 5 of us, one had to sleep on the sofa couch which was supplied with no extra pillows or covers. The only food thing was I could sign into Netflix to watch some English TV. The apartment itself is okay but don't expect anything like the pictures show. I don't know how people can give this place 5 stars, I can barely give it 2.

Aircon not working fix in 15 minutes, given a small dimplex radiator over 4 weeks later moved us up 2 floors. TV would have been good if fluent in Russian or Spanish, ended up with you tube. There are only so much Frost & Wexford you can watch. The apartments were a building site for whole seven weeks, in time it will look very nice but for us it ment going out and staying out. The cooking was a bit of a problem warming a pizza would trip the electricity so eating out was more than essential. There was also a smell of sewerage in 2 apartment, reported several times but as it came and went difficult to prove although we did manage to show staff how bad it was, they blamed the Spanish sewerage system. It was a huge disappointment are holiday for the year and not remember fondly.

Just came back from this property and had the most wonderful stay. Really impressed with the apartment and the views on the balconies were absolutely stunning. The 3 bedrooms were immaculately presented with more than adequate air conditioning. Perfect for our party of six. We were on the top floor, thank god for a lift. The property was situated in a more quieter part of Benidorm but within 5 mins walk of plenty of restaurants and bars. We took a local bus into old and new Benidorm which was only €1.30 and Taxi back €10.00 Max and the team at the hotel were brilliant and very helpful in all our needs. Great Holiday

Had a wonderful time. Comfortable and cozy apartment with beautiful sea view, very friendly staff. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartments are located in a very convenient place. To the sea 5 minutes, near a cafe and a supermarket. The beach of Benidorm is the best I ever see.

Beautiful rooms, well equiped. Large fridge washing machine, sheets and towels sooo white and fresh, slept really well. Only stayed 1 night here but could of stayed much longer. Enough restaurants few minutes walk away. 2 mins walk to beach.Need a taxi for old town. cost €8. Would take a good hour to walk. Swimming pool and garden area kept very clean. Would defo stay again.
