Bien général. simplement hôtel accueillant des entreprises pour des réunions et l espace café pour leurs pauses se situe en dessous des chambres et les gens parlent fort. Le matin c est un peu dérangeant si on veut faire la grasse matinée

Friendly service. The room was very small, patio door too big touching wardrobe and bed, good size bathroom though.
Nice evening meal. Good position for the beach plenty of parking space.

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier then the allocated check in time, we were happy to wait but the room was ready hence they allowed us to check in earlier. The area is clean and tidy but the location was quite far from the centre. It's only a few mintues walk by the sea side and transport is accessible too. There's not much food choices in the hotel restaurant but food is decent. Over all it's a comfy hotel to stay in to.

Nice location and outside pool, the only reason to pay for a tiny, uncomfortable and overpriced room with views to a parking lot.
Tiny and non functional bathroom. No place even to keep the door open. Small sink, the water could not run from the beginning of our stay. Very simple shower with just one water exit option.
Noisy air conditioning. Poor coffee making amenities( just a water heater).
Bed was quite good.
Very nice staff at restaurant and main hotel reception, not the same at Terrases reception, unpleasant and not wellcoming even when we are usual customers.
Disappointed.

Séjour parfait Accueil très agréable de l'ensemble de l'équipe (réception, restauration, entretien...), petit déjeuner au top, chambre et espaces communs très propres, salle de sport spacieuse et bien équipée...et l'accès au lagon vraiment deconnectant !

Un séjour très agréable, de l'accueil au départ. J'ai le sens de l'accueil du personnel envers les clients tout en douceur et gentillesse. Ce qui est absolument nécessaire quand on vient pour se reposer sur un week-end. Les peignoirs et serviettes nous attendaient sur le lit et notre programme Thalasso était parfait. Le premier jour, dès notre arrivée, le lendemain matin après le petit déjeuner. Libérés à midi, nous avons pu profiter du soleil et de la promenade jusqu'à la plage des Cavaliers à la Chambre d'amour. Un moment magique pour se retrouver.

l'acceuil a été un peu difficile car nous avions eu un bon d'achat en cadeau, valable dans les Hotels atlantal et la personne à l'accueil ne retrouvait plus la validité de ce bon...mais apres l'intervention de Camille, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. A part ces peripeties au check-in tout s'est tres bien passé: chambre tres propre, lit immense, environnement calme et petit dejeuner à volonté avec des produits excellents. Personnel à l'ecoute et irreprochable, et on nous a gracieusement offert l'entrée au lagon pour la durée de notre sejour ( 3j ).
