The hotel was clean and free of clutter. The décor was modern and tasteful. I found the front desk very courteous and welcoming. The meet and greet hour was good in the sense that it gave us a free coupon for either a clam chowder and drink. The exterior was clean and free of garbage. The rooms were large and spacious. The soaps and shampoos were dispensed from a large bottle and they smelled good, if you like lemon grass sage. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Bellingham again.

Very helpful and caring staff (thanks, Chris!). Quiet, everything in good condition. Minimal yet convenient eatery and bar on site. The location is very convenient for being near the freeway and a shopping mall. The only downside is not the hotel's fault but is good for travelers to know...its entrance is a bit obscure and the GPS's directions weren't quite adequate so both I the local friend meeting me there had to do some maneuvers to get into it. Otherwise, an excellent stay!!

We had an early arrival and we were able to check-in early for a small fee. The area was walkable for our puppy and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again when visiting Bellingham.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for our annual girls retreat shopping expedition. Staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms are big but I didn’t really like the big bathroom setup. There’s a separate shower from the tub but you get too cold getting out of the shower in this big bathroom. There should be a heat lamp in the ceiling. Bedding was a bit sparse it would have been nice to have an extra blanket available.
Also only one elevator was a bit annoying having to wait sometimes quite a while for one to show up. Next year we’ll try another place.

This was our first visit to your Bellingham property. All was just fine, with the exception of two things, one of which you can correct. 1) the one you can't correct is the flooring in the room. I'm sure cedar-planked flooring is more cost-effective, but it's not comfortable or pleasing from an aesthetic point of view. It's not comfortable to walk on and it creates an echo effect in the room. 2) the pillows are like basketballs. As we told the clerk when we checked out, "we'll probably be back, but when we come we'll bring our own pillows."

This is a gem of a hotel in Bellingham. My sister and I could not get over how wonderful the desk staff was, they were kind and helpful. The hotel is up to date, clean and provides everything you need for a great stay. Complimentary happy hour drinks and snack, and breakfast, make this an outstanding deal. We didn't get a chance to do dinner, but the breakfast was way above grade. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Bathtubs and showers. We will be back for all our shows at Mount Baker Theatre.

Rates seemed reasonable, especially when you factor in a free cocktail and appetizer in the evening and a pretty decent free buffet breakfast in the a.m.

We loved staying at your hotel. It was clean, quiet, easy to find, friendly staff and we loved the happy hour treats. The hot tub could behave been warmer but we still enjoyed it!
