The reviews for this hotel just can't be genuine. check in time is 11:00 and we reached hotel at 1:00 p. m. Still we had to wait for 2and 1/2 hours. The receptionist stared us like he will kill us. like he is doing a big favour.
The gave a lower class room , at least not the room in pic here. No water, no toiletteries in the room.
Rooms are old and weary. bathrooms are too slippery. No basic amenities in the room.
No service during the stay. Went to SPA. The lady is rude and we did not feel comfortable to take the service.
Overall a very bad hotel with no value for money.
Restaurant had very limited menu. no tea in the morning.

Booked an AC room with 3 beds. The room is spacious though. AC doesn't work or intermittently worked for less than an hour. Multiple complaints didn't pay any heed so it didn't get fixed. Looks like the hotel staff shut this off deliberately to conserve power. The bathroom is in a poor condition unmaintained for years. The room has just 1 charging point and another in the bathroom. All this treatment for Rs.3500/- tariff per night is definitely not worth it. Do not check into this hotel. The hotel staff is outright rude with no mannerisms on how to speak to customers. The hotel has just limited car parking sufficient for only 6 cars in the cellar. So its first come first serve basis only. I had to park my car outside.

Our stay at Ananya we would rate as comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hospete train station,rooms are spacious,staff courteous.The property allowed us to check in early and check out late which we appreciate even if we were charged a minimal rent.Good vegetarian restaurants nearby is useful. Overall a very good experience.
