The accommodations were a little less than expected but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ashley was especially an attentive associate. Any questions I had she was able to answer immediately and if she didn’t know she investigated and called me back. We stayed for three days and the onsite staff were very nice.

It wasn’t anything special. The room was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly and polite. Good value for my money. The faucets leaked and the place would benefit from a remodel. No real complaints. Just suggestions.

I would not take my dogs to this hotel. The rooms were absolutely abysmal. The bed looked as if it had been slept in up until the moment we walked in the room, made up but the sheets were crinkled so that you could see the imprint of someone. The chair in the room was filthy, and the carpet in the room looked as if it had not seen a vacuum or a carpet cleaner in decades. To top things off, there was an odor that permeated so bad, that it could be smelled before we entered the room. And to add injury to insult, we asked for a refund immediately-and were told that we would have to go through *******, which was false advertising but that's another story for another time! When we went through *******te, they said we had to get permission from the hotel, but never received a call back. Very disappointing all the way around!

I have asthma and specially asked if there rooms were clean and non smoking. I had an asthma attack as I walked in and could not stay and they still charged us for the two days. Very unprofessional.

This hotel is in the process of renovating which is much needed. The hotel is old and dingy. The room was musty and small. The employees were mostly pleasant. The bed frame in our room was broken and my husband tripped on it a few times.

I booked 2 rooms and they both smelled horrible. It smelled like smoke and pee. The curtains were dirty. It looked like it had blood stains on them. There was only 2 towels in both rooms for 3 people in each rooms. I was charged a deposit that was not told about which caused my account to go into overdraft. This was a terrible experience and I would never stay there again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front office card scanner was broken. The room bathroom toilet has a broken seat hinge and the toilet ran all night. The morning kitchen attendant was poorly dressed and disdainful.
