Rooms: 2 units of Grand Garden Pool Villa Upper Unit (upgraded from Garden Pool Villa upper unit), suitable for 4 people each. Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GOOD: Friendly and welcoming staffs. Great price for the breakfast and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varieties of halal cuisine. Near to the beach. Nice view from the hotel. Very nice pools with slide, great for kids and families. Hotel very suitable for families. CAN BE IMPROVED: Parking spaces are quite limited, had to compete for available spaces with other guests.

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน ความสะอาดไม่ค่อยน่าพอใจ (ผ้าปูที่นอนเปื้อน) แต่โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ (ใกล้ชายหาด ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และร้านอาหาร) ชื่นชมตู้น้ำทุกชั้นครับ ช่องทีวีมาตรฐาน (รวม HBO) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่มีให้ ได้แก่ เจลอาบน้ำ สบู่ก้อนอาบน้ำ เจลแชมพู หมวกอาบน้ำ และอุปกรณ์เย็บผ้า อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณอาจต้องจอดรถไกลกว่านี้เล็กน้อยเนื่องจากที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ ซึ่งลูกค้าของร้านอาหารใช้บริการในเวลากลางคืน

จองห้องพักที่มีเตียงควีนไซส์ 2 เตียง และห้องตั้งอยู่ด้านหลังอาคารหันหน้าไปทางพุ่มไม้ ค่อนข้างน่ากลัวเช่นกัน มันเป็นห้องที่กว้างขวาง แต่มีกลิ่นแมลงสาบหนัก ปุ่มชักโครกเสียและเราต้องยกฝาครอบหนัก ฉันรายงานปัญหานี้และหลังจากเราออกไปข้างนอกการบํารุงรักษาก็มาถึงห้องของฉัน บางทีห้องนี้อาจจะไม่ได้ใช้มานานแล้ว หวังว่าเสรีมาเลเซียจะปรับปรุงบริการในอนาคต

Very disappointed this resort gave me and end lot unit which is is not facing beach although there are many empty units, foresee it only reserved for certain people. Main room with air cond only, second room no air cond. Swimming pool are very crowded, seem like even outside people also can enjoy the facility, life saving guard only ask for room number if chinese walk in. Breakfast buffet most simple and lousy, not recommend to make room booking with breakfast.

เราพักที่นี่ 2 คืน ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยม เฉพาะในคืนที่ 2 ฝนตกหนักและลมแรงทําให้บางห้องรั่วบ้าง แต่โดยรวมแล้วโอเคเมื่อฝนหยุดตก ด้านล่างสําหรับฉันอาจต้องวางถังขยะรอบบริเวณสระว่ายน้ํา และลิฟต์ 1 ตัวต้องตรวจสอบหรืออัพเกรด โดยรวมแล้วครอบครัวของเรามีช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่นี่ ^^

สวัสดีคะฉันมาจากประเทศไทย เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้ไปเที่ยวมาเลเซีย และได้เข้าพักที่ sea front hotel port Dickson ฉันรู้สึกประทับใจกับการบริการของพนักงานที่ชื่อ Firdaus มากๆเขาให้ความใส่ใจกับการบริการได้ดีมาก คนอื่นๆก็เช่นเดียวกันคะ ห้องพักอยู่ติดถนนใหญ่สะดวกในการไปมา หาได้ไม่ยาก อยู่ติดกับร้านอาหารและร้านค้าหากินสะดวก ส่วนตัวเป็นคนเรียบง่ายแบบนี้ก็ดีคะ แต่ถ้าภายในห้องพักมีตู้เย็นและกาน้ำร้อนเพิ่มจะดีมากเลยคะ ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนที่ต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีคะ
