3rd time stay AnCasa. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, swimming pool open until 10pm, there are slides for kids. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

GOOD: Friendly and welcoming staffs. Great price for the breakfast and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varieties of halal cuisine. Near to the beach. Nice view from the hotel. Very nice pools with slide, great for kids and families. Hotel very suitable for families. CAN BE IMPROVED: Parking spaces are quite limited, had to compete for available spaces with other guests.

Pros: very near to beach and eateries. Friendly staff. Cons: hotel condition need to upgrade, having lots of sand on the room floor, poor breakfast & poor lighting along the corridor. Need to install or change all the lights. Non the less the location and price the best.

Very disappointed this resort gave me and end lot unit which is is not facing beach although there are many empty units, foresee it only reserved for certain people. Main room with air cond only, second room no air cond. Swimming pool are very crowded, seem like even outside people also can enjoy the facility, life saving guard only ask for room number if chinese walk in. Breakfast buffet most simple and lousy, not recommend to make room booking with breakfast.

When we first arrived we were suprised the parking lot now had a pole security systems on all entrances. Went to Block A, Block B there was no receptionist. Luckily a security guard told me the hotel now under new management, they only have the 10th floor room which are the 4 bedrooms suite. I booked a 2 bedrooms suite but was given 4 bedrooms suite & they locked the other 2 doors. The cleaner now act as front office & will manage your bookings & deposit needed to be paid to her too with official receipt. All Indonesians & no locals. So we went to our room & it was average but the sea view was superb. My wife was bit worried about the locked rooms so we asked them to unlock it for the rest of the stay. Main bedroom aircond was broken, noisy sounds all night & i could not get a good sleep until i turned it off. Really dissapointed with that. Luckily i only stayed for 1 day.

✅ bilik studio oklah utk family berlima, cuma kena stanby extra bed & pillow ✅ sangat recommended tersangat healing coz buka2 sliding door terus seaview nak jerit kuat2 ✅ perlu sediakan entrance yang lagi safety utk masuk keluar ke beach ✅ tidor mmg selesa

No internet connection at our 3rd floor room. but at counter stated Wi-Fi available. when we asked about that one InCharge person asked us to come to lobby and use and another shake the shoulder told us don't know. The heater not hot enough. before we enter the toilet have condom plastics.
