CCarina HoBreakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!!
For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant.
Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you??
I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!!
Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?!
What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay!
Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.
ผผู้เข้าพักFantastic hotel and an outstanding location. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, amazing sea views, close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. As well as within walking distance to the tram station.
The service in this hotel is really phenomenal, staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling.
I stayed there with my 16 year old son during a business trip and this hotel really is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again.
OOOI YEW TEIKI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtful services provided. The location is excellent, being very convenient to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities are especially considerate for elderly guests, with safety equipment thoughtfully installed in the toilets. This shows the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort, which I deeply appreciate.
While the TV channel selection was somewhat limited, with no movies or Asian channels available, the overall room experience was still cozy and comfortable. I also noticed the food options leaned more towards Western and Indian styles, which were well-prepared. However, adding some Asian-style dishes, like noodles, would be a welcome addition for guests who prefer them.
The welcome fruit was a lovely touch – thank you for that thoughtful gesture! It made us feel warmly received. I did notice that only one complimentary bottle of mineral water was provided, and I think having additional free bottles would enhance the stay further.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, despite the traffic congestion on the road leading to the hotel between 3-5 p.m.

MM00_M00I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction.
On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services).
Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable.
When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.
While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.
MMilena2I won’t be back for sure, it’s not 5*, maximum 4. The food is poor, the water doesn’t taste like it comes from the tap, there is no beach and it’s a bit long to go to the public one in the heat. they themselves send you to the beach to the right of Hilton, but the beach guards there whistle and won’t let you in, so it’s better to go to the end of the beach on the left there and the water is cleaner).

For a lower price this hotel is ok, Just don’t pay a premium for it as service levels are not up to standard regrettably it’s average at best.
