We loved the location and all the amenities this place offered. The room view was beautiful, it was very clean, had free water, coffee, plenty of towels, a dispenser with soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the all-you can-eat seafood buffet and the food was very good. We got the ribeye and egg breakfast in the food court and it was exceptional. They had self-service coffee and sodas in the ******. It was a fun environment in the ****** and the air quality was pretty good for a smoking area. The free valet parking was super convenient and their service was superior. We've stayed at a lot of hotels and been nickled and dimed; its not that way here. This place has the whole package. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars across the board was because they made a mistake at check-in and charged me for the room a 2nd time while taking my credit card deposit. I tried to resolve the issue while onsite then spent 2 more days on the phone with them and my credit card company getting it fixed. We traveled from FL to visit this place and get crawfish. We loved the downtown restaurants/night life and will definitely make the trip again.

We loved that we didn’t have to eat the $50 buffet for every meal because there was an outstanding restaurant (palms cafe) with great down to earth and prices. We gambled when we wanted and as much as we wanted but we stayed in the room which was quiet and gave us the break we needed.
