I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling behavior of one of your staff members, Irakli, during my recent stay at your hotel. I am utterly disappointed with the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced, which has tarnished my entire perception of your establishment. Upon my arrival at the hotel on 03/05/2024, I was greeted by Irakli at the front desk. From the outset, their demeanor was dismissive and unfriendly. They failed to acknowledge my presence for several minutes, engaging in personal conversations with colleagues while I stood waiting patiently. When they finally addressed me, their tone was curt and unwelcoming, providing minimal assistance with the check-in process. Throughout my stay, I encountered on multiple occasions, and each interaction was consistently unpleasant. Their attitude was consistently condescending and dismissive, treating me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. They would often roll their eyes, sigh impatiently, and respond to my requests with a sense of annoyance. One particularly disturbing incident occurred on when I approached the front desk to inquire about. Irakli responded with an aggressive and accusatory tone, making me feel belittled and humiliated. They raised their voice and used accusatory language, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This incident, along with the pattern of disrespectful behavior I experienced throughout my stay, has left me deeply troubled. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by Irakli. Their actions have cast a shadow over what should have been a pleasant and relaxing vacation. I am requesting that you take immediate action to address this matter. I urge you to thoroughly investigate my complaint and take appropriate disciplinary measures against Irakli. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated within your establishment. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other guest has to endure similar mistreatment.
