Easily located. Service was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean but needed some updates such as torn curtain, patched wall in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

Very outdated tub was dirty and title molding small spaces no closets ice bucket looks like a butter bowl but it was just a one night stay

This was a 3 night stay. After the first night i noticed a bug bite on my arm. I didnt think anything of it at the time. After the third night i noticed several bug bites on my arms and face. I pulled the sheets back and found a live bed bug which I put in a plastic bag and gave to the desk clerk. I also took pictures of the bites on my arms. I checked out. The next day I called the manager and demanded a full refund for my stay. He said they “tore the room apart and found no bugs”. I said i left one for him in a plastic bag. He said he did not know where that bedbug came from, but they didnt find any in the room. I said i have pictures of the bites to prove it. He said he wouldn’t do anything for me. I got the impression he was accusing me of planting the bed bug!

Very nice hotel to stay at the beds where comfortable rooms were clean and very spacious.
Perfect for a family on a budget.

The hotel deducted 20 extra from my accout, without any explanation. not a good business practice.

Rooms are nice and property clean. Walls are a little thin. Could hear room next door singing until midnight. Slightly disappointed with breakfast. No fresh fruit. No peanut butter. Couldn’t drink the apple or orange juice

Stayed here in July of 2023 and decided to do so again since the front desk staff was extremely friendly and the property was a great value.

I am pleasantly surprised in the Quality Inn in Lima. It was clean, comfortable, and right beside the highway for easy access.
