ห้องพักในห้องสวีทมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว กว้างขวาง สวยงาม และอบอุ่นและโรแมนติก รสชาติของการเลือกเครื่องนอนและเฟอร์นิเจอร์ก็ออนไลน์มากเช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการจอดรถแบบบริการรับส่งซึ่งดีมาก แค่ทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่เด่นนิดหน่อย เกือบขับรถผ่าน บอกได้คําเดียวว่าเรียบง่ายมาก!

Room was very comfortable and cozy, and a hearty breakfast was provided! Slight distance from the train station, but in a quiet location near the Royal Crescent

Perfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack. There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

I enjoyed staying with Brocks, the location is really great, nice and central to the old town of Bath. The guest house is classically kept, I liked the decor and quaint feel to the premises. The service was great, brocks made picking up and dropping off the keys nice and easy too!

โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีบนถนนการค้าของบาธ ที่จอดรถฟรี แต่คุณต้องจองที่จอดรถกับทางโรงแรมล่วงหน้า โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ ขอแนะนำไม่ให้อยู่บนชั้นสองและสาม การขนย้ายสัมภาระอาจทำให้เหนื่อย ไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ หากคุณกดกริ่งแล้วไม่มีใครตอบรับ คุณต้องโทรหาเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้เธอให้รหัสผ่านกับคุณ จำได้ว่าถนนไหนที่ดูเหมือนโรงแรมจะมีสองสาขา

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.
