We wanted convenience & a good location.

Good one! Check in was a breeze. Lots of eateries downstairs and 3 mini marts as well. A plus and you wont be hungry.
Stayed for a night however the team should look into the linen provided like towels and the pillows! Towels are very old and also the bed linen was smelly! All 4 pillows smelled very bad that I had to spray my own linen spray! Imagine smell like never wash for months! Its that bad! Please look into this and also tissue supplied in the bathroom is so pathetic! Only few pieces and also do something about the door too! It was so difficult to open widely! You can do better. Hope to see some improvements if I ever come back and stay.

Good location. Hotel not bad, I stayed at level 1, room outside is store room, every morning very noisy.
Bed and pillow too soft.
But it’s clean, space is big enough.

Bedsheet smells like damp and floor is like sticky but was changed immediately after telling them which is very good. The seats are also mouldy. I think they should air out the room after the guest check out to prevent the cold air trapped in the room and caused the mouldiness to form. Location is perfect for food and staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.
