I had a wonderful stay at Crown Vista Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out. The facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Batam. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities Spacious and clean room, complemented by well-maintained bathrooms and a range of useful amenities. The location has good security, beautiful hilltop view, accessible to places of interest. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities met all expectations, providing good value for money. 4/5 for the breakfast option.

Nice and wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

Deposit high for 2 nights stay. The front desk doesnt remind to take back deposit when check out eventhough i was there waiting for gojek. Cannot park motorbike inside hotel compound. Overall not a pleasant stay.

Nice view and cosy. Hotel located about 200m up the hill. There are shuttle bus provided certains timing to Nagoya Hill. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

The staff are friendly and helpful. When we ordered GrabFood, the order was left outside of the hotel at the security area. The staff kindly helped to bring it in for us.

The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is far from the shopping center, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is quite convenient. Hotel lobby is magnificent, with many antiques and is great for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great. Overall, happy to stay in this hotel.
