Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel.
