Casa Barcelo Hostel Barcelona

I stayed in this hostel a week ago with 3 of my friends. When we arrived, we were shocked to see our room. A tiny bedroom with two bunk beds and no space for four us to stand together. Bedsheets we’re dirty along with the mattresses. The lockers seen in the pictures are not there anymore, only a huge roll out drawer underneath the bunk beds. Staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with issues or complaints. Was told the “boss” would come the next morning to attend to our complaints and never did. The “outside terrace” was run down and closed at 9pm along with the kitchen closing at 11pm. I understand noise at night can be annoying, but you don’t automatically become full at 11pm. Toilets were tiny, shower was fine. Had to ask for air conditioning to be turned on multiple times, and we returned one night our bedroom door unlocked when we triple checked that it was locked before we left. The nice window/balcony seen in the pictures we’re not apart of our room (which we had expected), we only had a glass door/window that led to buildings on either side and had no natural sunlight or air. If we had left the window open during the night, it was accessible from the bathroom, anyone could come in. Hostel is located at the bottom floor of an apar**ent complex and the door to the hostel was always left open. Felt very unsafe and unclean staying at this hostel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to spend over €300 on this place, or any money at all.

Ambiente ospitale, clienti per lo più giovani, sono stato bene per 5 notti in questo ostello. Lo staff cordiale e la colazione, nulla di straordinario ma comunque efficace, inclusa nel prezzo. Molto bello il giardinetto, magari più ospitale in primavera, ben organizzate le camere dove i letti sono dotati ognuno di tendina, luce e corrente. Lo staff è giovane e efficiente però si può ancora migliorare in tante piccole cose.

Не понравилось · Меня обокрали прямо в комнате.Мы в номере были втроём. Пока мы с подругой делали утром кофе,девушка,которую к нам подселили вечером ,обшарила наши кошельки и украла деньги. Потом она быстро вышла из комнаты и сказала нам пока. Кражу мы обнаружили через 10 минут,ее вещи были в номере всё ещё. Мы пошли к начальству. Сорок минут добивались вызова полиции . Нам сказали,что камер нет в комнате и мы ничего не докажем ,повторюсь мы втроём и кухня рядом с наше комнатой ,там всё было ну слишком очевидно кто вор .Ничего не добившись,мы поехали а экскурсию. Вернулись после обеда,вещей девушки нет и кровать перестелена. Это можно обьяснить тем,что она в сговоре со стафом хостела и ее предупредили. И к нам поселили неслучайно,типа лохушки,вдруг обломится. Мы с подругой теперь людям доверять не будем. Хостел не советую,очень грязно,завтрак при нас накрывали просроченная колбаса и хлопья с маргарином,В ванной вода во все стороны,выходишь из душевой кабины в лужу,не одеться
