From the moment I arrived it was such a great experience. The valet although being busy and taking longer than expected I was attended to well and when I left one of the valet members remembered my last name which was appreciated. The room was nice and roomy for a solo travel. I liked the balcony that came with my room. The only thing that irked me slightly was after the doors closed at midnight I was asked twice if I had my key card. I was also asked if I was a guest. I understand security reasons but I felt like it was quite unnecessary to be asked multiple times and it made me feel uncomfortable.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

The hotel is located within ＜10 min from River walk, and located very close to the convention center. It is a bit far from the area with many restaurants. The room has a specific artistic taste. You may like it, if you like Texas. It was spaceous, but a bit noisy. The cleanliness can be improved. Staffs are very friendly. Overall, it is a nice hotel at a low price.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

The staff at the hotel, and bar, were very friendly and helpful, it's a very nice place, but, the queen room was very small, which I wasn't expecting a very large room, but for the price I was expecting a little bit larger. and the bed was as hard as a rock. My room faced the Alamo and, through NO fault of the hotel, I was woken up at 6:30 on a Saturday morning to construction right outside of my window. It was a nice hotel but I would not stay here again.

The Estancia is my go to hotel when I stay in San Antonio. Its ambiance is inviting. There’s always people having a good time at happy hour in the bar /lobby area - as a solo traveler, I always feel welcomed. The absolute best bartenders!! 🎉. The front desk is efficient and smiling. Also, when I forgot a couple of items - they didn’t hesitate to run them up to my room! I will always stay here when I am in town

O grande problema todos os dias: paguei o café da manhã com antecedência, incluído na diária. Mas aqui tive problema todos os dias com isso. Não existe uma comunicação entre hotel e prestador de serviço. O café é bom, mas é um problema que o hotel precisa resolver. Todo dia querem cobrar pelo café, que já paguei. Fiz mais duas reservas aqui e estou querendo cancelar por causa disso. Não é o problema de quem serve ou a qualidade. É a comunicação. Vira um estresse toda manhã.
