Heat in room didn't work...room got colder when I increased thermostat temp. It would be wonderful if there was food in the evening since there are 0 restaurants in walking distance.

Nicely updated decorum, nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the bar and a couple of evening cocktails. The hot full breakfast was delicious. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western lackland I went for my husband’s graduation from BMT and it was awesome Patty at the front desk was really nice HK the house keeper as well my room was clean fresh and bed comfortable the breakfast was great really delicious and it was very close to the base they also gave me Tom who was excellent at his services to snd from the base plus taking us to the restaurant and back they made my stay worthwhile I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Hotel was dirty, in need of repairs, definitely not as advertised. Would not recommend. Elevator was out of order 3 out of our 4 day stay.

The walls are a bit thin, we could hear people walking on the upper floor. They are repainting the outside so parking wasn’t the best- but the staff made sure to call us to move our vehicle before they painted- the staff was really great. And they served a decent hot breakfast an hour earlier on BMT graduation days to accommodate the families. The hotel was only a couple miles from base, so that is a plus.

Was a great place to stay. Clean and accommodating. Great friendly staff. However the parking spaces are way too close to each other throughout the lot to where if one vehicle doesn’t park exactly in the center of their spot- it troughs the whole rest of the spacing off like a domino effect. They should be at least a 1foot- wider then they currently are, to make it less stressful that someone will hit your car or block you in in terms of getting in and out of a vehicle.
