The Ballantyne hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent. I was able to use the hair salon while I was there and got a fantastic blowout for an event we were going to that night. The amenities were amazing & there’s a spa at the hotel. from the time we checked in until the time we left everyone was so nice.

I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

The lobby is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. There is a $50 deposit for any damages that is returned to you after check out (3-4 business days). We arrived during their happy hour. Each adult got 2 free drinks and complementary snacks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower was nice and big and had plenty of hot water.But there wasn't much water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was warm and very spacious. They have a kitchen here and the food was pretty good compared to the pricing. The breakfast was amazing.There were many different options for you to choose from, including a fresh omelet stand. I would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

Very disappointed, cleanliness was lacking, black mildew was in the shower, charged 2x for valet, $250 incidental never returned, will not come back
