โรงแรมดูเด่นในรูปมาก การจัดแต่งสวยงาม และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก เสียดายที่เราโดนขัดแย้งไปหน่อยระหว่างทางที่การจัดการ ดูเหมือนสถานที่ถูกทิ้งไว้อาศัยโครงสร้างและภาพต่างๆ เอง ข้อดี: -สถานที่และสถานที่สวยงามด้านหน้ามีชายหาดที่สวยงาม - ห้องพักทําได้ดี ห้องน้ําใหญ่ พื้นที่กลางแจ้งสวย - ฟักซ์มีการตกแต่งที่สวยงาม บาร์ ห้องอาหาร ข้อเสีย: -ทําความสะอาด! ทางรีสอร์ทมีปัญหาเรื่องทําความสะอาด จนถึงจุดที่เราเขียนว่า ”ทําความสะอาดผม” ด้วยนิ้วมือบนกระจกชักโครกของร้านอาหาร และมันมีตลอดการเข้าพัก ไม่มีอะไรมีการทําความสะอาดประจําจุดทุกที่ ห้องน้ํา แย่มาก โดยเฉพาะชักโครกดิน (ดูรูป) - เครื่องดื่มบาร์ไม่ค่อยดี เราลองเครื่องดื่มและน้ําผลไม้หลายอย่างทุกโรงแรมที่เราพักในศรีลังกา และอันนี้เราต้องยอมแพ้ ดื่ม after drink juice after juice ก็ไม่ดีเลย อีกทั้งเครื่องดื่ม glasse มาสกปรกมาก - bar สวย แต่ไม่เคยมีดนตรีใดๆ ในช่วงที่เราเข้าพัก เป็นสถานที่ว่างเงียบๆ ไม่มีใครใช้มัน1 และบาร์เทนเดอร์ปกติไม่มีซึ่งทําให้เป็นสถานที่ผีๆ -บริการต้อนรับแต่ไม่มีความพร้อม อย่าง ก่อนถึงบริเวณอาหารเช้าชั้นบนเค้าจะถามคุณว่า ”ต้องการอาหารเช้าอะไร จะได้ไม่ต้องขึ้นไปถาม” พนักงานโดยรวมเหนื่อย ไม่กระตือรือร้น และไม่มีการอบรม เค้าก็ทิ้งร้างเหมือนโรงแรม - spa ปิดตลอดการเข้าพักของเรา เนื่องจากผู้หญิงมีวันหยุด เราจึงจองโรงแรมที่มี Spa ที่ไม่มีอยู่1คุณต้องโชคดีที่ไม่ได้จองในวันพักผ่อนของเธอ - ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ ดิฉันพยายามบอกพวกเขาว่าสถานที่มีศักยภาพมากแต่พวกเขาต้องใส่ใจรายละเอียดนี้ พวกเขาแค่ตอบว่า : ขอบคุณสําหรับการเข้าพักโปรดทํารีวิวให้เราใน tripadvisor ! เลย เค้าแค่ไม่สนใจ1 ซึ่งเสียดายที่เห็น อยากให้เค้าเปลี่ยนการบริหารจัดการได้และมีใครบางคนให้กําลังใจและกระตือรือร้นที่จะเปลี่ยนสถานที่ให้เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในศรีลังกา เพราะเค้าทําได้

The hotel is both beautiful and pleasant. The front office staff is supportive, polite, and humble. The food was amazing, and the staff took great care of us from check-in. The welcome experience was outstanding, and we will definitely visit again. The view from our rooms was lovely, and the pool was excellent. The garden was well-maintained, and the service was fast and efficient. They know how to maintain service standards. It's the best hotel in Pasikudah. We had an unforgettable experience, and the beach was the best I have ever seen. We had a wonderful time there.

เราเข้าพักที่ Anantaya ตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 - 23 ธันวา เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทริปฮันนีมูนที่ปาซิกด้า เป็นสถานที่ที่ insta คุ้มค่า โดยเฉพาะบริเวณสระว่ายน้ํา สระน้ําสุดยอดมาก.. เราสนุกกับสระว่ายน้ําที่ใหญ่และห้อง ocean and pool view ของเรา แค่สมบูรณ์แบบ เราชอบเครื่องนอน.. มันอบอุ่นมาก.. เราชอบจิบชายามเย็นที่ระเบียงที่มีวิวที่แสนวิเศษนั้น.. พนักงานรูมเซอร์วิสและแม่บ้านให้ความช่วยเหลือเราดีมากในระหว่างการเข้าพักกับทุกความต้องการของเรา. ทีม front office ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีและเป็นกันเอง ทุกคนได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย อาหารก็พอใช้ได้แต่ปรับปรุงบางอย่างจะไม่เจ็บปวด น่าจะดีขึ้นกว่านี้ถ้าบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกดีกว่านี้.. อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อขอเชฟได้ทําไข่เจียวให้พวกเราเป็นอาหารเช้าที่อร่อยและพวกเราก็เพลิดเพลินมาก.. พิเศษขอบคุณเชฟ! เนื่องจากเราอยู่บนครึ่ง board พวกเราต้องการทานอาหารกลางวันที่ 23 ธค จากตัวโรงแรม พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับทุกคน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ทุกคน .. ตอนเราไปเช็คว่ากับพนักงานห้องอาหารมีพนักงานอยู่ 2 คน และอีกคนอยู่บนมือถือ (น่าจะเป็นผู้จัดการห้องอาหารตามการสนทนาที่เขาคุยกันอยู่บนโทรศัพท์) และอีกคนก็ช่วยโทรสอบถามเขาอยู่ เราเลยรอสักนิด สมมุติว่าจะมีใครมาเกี่ยวข้องกับเรา เนื่องจากใช้เวลานานกว่าที่เราคิด เราพยายามที่จะบอกพวกเขาว่าอยากคุยกับใครบางคน แต่พอเห็นเราแล้ว พวกเขาก็มองข้าม เราเลิกคิดจะทานมื้อเที่ยงที่โรงแรมและเดินไปเช็คเอาท์ ตอนเราออกจากคนที่อยู่บนโทรศัพท์มาคุยกับเราแต่ถึงเวลานั้นเราก็ตัดสินใจไปทานอาหารกลางวันที่อื่นแล้ว นอกจากเหตุการณ์นาทีนี้แล้วประสบการณ์ของเรากับ Anantaya Passikudah โดยรวมถือว่าดี!

Excellent room with the beach view. The people were amazing. The head chef came and spoke to us. He said he was from Jaela but I have forgotten his name. He told us to ask what ever we wanted and that they would cook it for us. My goodness I have never heard such a request. With him were other supportive people like Munas, Nisankar and Ramani. Two other gentlemen too were very friendly but we’ve forgotten their names. Enjoyed the off peak season even though the water was a bit rough. Food was so lovely. First time I tried Amberella juice. Enjoyed the other juices too like Papaw and pineapple. Enjoyed the bike ride in the little village. Thank you Ugabay Pasikudha. We were very sad to leave your’ll. Hopefully we’ll meet again.
