ที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินไปยังถนนบรากาได้และอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟบันดุง เตียงนอนสบายและบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม! สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบเกี่ยวกับสระว่ายน้ำคือเย็นเนื่องจากไม่ใช่สระว่ายน้ำอุ่น โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักเป็นที่น่าพอใจ และโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งพนักงานเอาใจใส่ มีความรู้ และเป็นมิตร โดยเฉพาะพนักงานชายที่ทำการเช็คอินให้ฉัน จำชื่อเขาไม่ได้ ขอบคุณมาก

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience to stayed at Grand Mercure Setia Budi Bandung. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, may pleasure to got the services form front office especially the names is Ms. Wulan. attentive, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the food. There was a good variety of options, and the quality and taste exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and well prepared. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I would be happy to return again in the future.

We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

The receptionist misunderstood our room booking, we have booked a Non-smoking room via Trip.com but firstly she insisted us to give us a smoking room. It seemed she did not check it thoroughly the hotel confirmation. We were a bit upset waiting for her to find us a non-smoking room until she found it at last. Hopefully it won't happen to other guests. The hotel is okay, breakfast buffet on weekend was various but on weekday was a little bit disappointed, they just provided a few menus. The location of this hotel is attached to Festival Citylink mall.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. 'The atmosphere, where its located, the scenery The customer service officers and employees over at the cafe was amazing. Blessed with a room looking over the hills! Breathtaking. The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
