I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

A high-class hotel, very pampering and serviceable

Staff were super nice! Location is kinda far from the main cities but that’s why they have so much on property to do. Purpose is to stay at resort and use amenities. Beautiful resort and our room was perfect for our honeymoon plus amazing views. We love paddle boarding and paddled every day we were there since it was included in our stay. We also had a couples massage at spa which was amazing. Food on property is delicious especially breakfast. Drinks and snacks at pool were great and affordably priced which is rare at 5 star hotels. I highly recommend!

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

What a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza puedes ir caminando a los alrededores. Pero por el mismo motivo no cuenta con estacionamiento ni tampoco es posible hacerlo en lugares cercanos ya que las calles se encuentran cerradas o llenas de autos, lo que lo hace un problema especialmente al arribo o salida con todo el equipaje. La atención del personal estuvo bien, también el desayuno que es variado y al ser buffet puedes comer todo lo que desees. Lo que podrían mejorar es el lugar para el desayuno ya que es lindo pero muy pequeño. El hall es bello y amplio pero a las habitaciones les hace falta una renovación.

Great location on the edge of town, breakfast selection limited.

I went for 1 week, the 2nd week in May. I accidentally booked 1 day too long and they wouldn’t be flexible or allow me a refund. So double check and triple check your dates! The rooms are big and spacious and so are the balconies with a big drying rack to dry your clothes. The heating and air con and fridge all work well. Unfortunately when I arrived the shower floor was dirty. The shower was very small which makes it almost impossible to shave your legs and the curtain didn’t help to keep the water in the shower very well meaning it was all over the bathroom floor which wouldn’t be a problem if it was clean or drained away but the water just collected next to the drain which meant you’d have wet dirty feet if you used the sink after. It’s also not very well ventilated. Around the sealing there’s the start of some black mold probably from this. Had to put my shoes on to use the bathroom. The cleaner comes in everyday and mopped up the water and empties the bins. They don’t sweep the sand off the floor or clean the shower floor or toilet/ sink which really needed done. or make your bed or anything else apart from after 3 days when they change your towels and sheets. Other than that it was a good stay. The pool was never busy I was often the only person in it. The drinks from the bar were nice. And it’s located in a great place just an 10min taxi ride into Argostoli which only costs €8 and they come in 5 minutes. It is walkable to get to the beach on the way there about 15-20mins. But I’d recommend you get a taxi on the way back as it’s located on a big steep hill.
