CcallmejackThis was a great place. Obviously you need a car to reach, but then most places on the island outside the city do. Plenty of parking on site.
Family run. Super nice and friendly. Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views of sea. Our room wasn't too big, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we're out most of the time.
The pool was cute. We went early in morning and evening and didn't find it busy. Breakfast buffet was small but again, nothing really to complain about. We ate the food and were satisfied.
It can be a bit tricky initially to navigate and find your way to the hotel from the main road. There are several routes. Just drive slow and you'll be fine.
Overall, we had a nice holiday and if we're coming back to the same area we would probably choose to stay here again.

ผผู้เข้าพักEvery hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

LLéo WThis hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

DDonna MekhaielSuch a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.

NNat 李凤临The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach.
Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too.
Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good.
Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤
A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu…
Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar…
Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk.
My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street.
I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️
I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒
I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price.
Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

ผผู้เข้าพักCan be treated as an all inclusive resort, the hotel is one of the high end ones on Crete. Breakfast is buffet style with various options that should fulfill your appetite and if you eat breakfast a little later can serve as brunch. Location is 20 minutes away from Chania old port if you walk via the beach pathway. To get to your hotel, it may be easier to call for a golfcart service to drive you to your room as the hotel covers a large area. Free gym, and they offer various activities at a charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness I would say it is Crete clean. There was some dirt or dust marks on our bed sheet and had to get it changed on arrival. Hair can be found on the bottom of the mattress as well. Pillows you get 4 - 5 options, but I still found all of them uncomfortable to my liking as it was too soft or too hard and does not support your neck.
