"We love Crete! Here you get good food! And lovely people! Traveling as just a couple, we wanted to have a more lux vacation. This was the worst hotel experience ever! I do not know where to start.. Not close to be 5 Star. Not remotely. Maybe 3 Star. We were not looking for things to be annoyed about...it was the opposite. Looking forward to this! All-inclusive as a couple. The hotel from the front was very nice. And also the reception. But from the moment we got our key, it went bad. - Bathroom; worn down with broken tiles, and mould in the soap-dispensers Yaiks! Semi-clean room. Again worn down. Nothing was like promised when we booked. - The pool; broken tiles..even found one on the bottom of the pool and took it backhome. The pool was dirty..with a lot of hair in the drain and we found bandages twice. - Drinks..really bad! - Service at poolbar...really bad..just unfriendly. - Food.. with no competition. the worst we have ever experienced! Worst! It was "canteen-food"..on a good day. We endted up with only having bread with tapanade for breakfast and lunch. For dinner we went to local resturants.. (Good food and friendly staff easy to find! In the area!) Never going back! Not in a million years! We both feel really stupid paying that much money. We have visited Crete several times before, and we know that it is not difficult to find 10 times better hotels, with 3-4 stars."

"The hotel has only been open for two months. The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is quite nice, the service is excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. It's great value for money. I unexpectedly celebrated my birthday at the hotel on the day I checked in. Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

Ambassadors Residence Boutique Hotel

"The name of the store is quite high-end, and the prices are high-end in the city. After checking in, I first discovered that the mattress was too soft, and I still used a mattress that even farmers would not buy. I woke up with severe back pain the next day. The bathroom leaked, and a lot of new glue was added. My wife is allergic and choked and coughed. Parking is also extremely inconvenient. We were the only family having breakfast. We moved to another hotel of similar size in time and found that there was a huge crowd during breakfast, which shows that the people are still discerning."

"A great place, great suites, the best food, very sympathic and great staff. The location is wonderful. The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. They organised a surprise for our wedding aniversary and for my birthday. Paridise like!"

"It was quite nice. The room was a little small, and a 28-inch suitcase wouldn't open horizontally, but that's typical for European rooms. Fortunately, the bedding was comfortable and the room was quite spacious. They provided fruit and a small pot of specialty wine, everything you could expect. And the breakfast was very satisfying! The fruit yogurt was amazing! They squeezed orange juice right on the spot, and they even had hot chocolate—help! And they're open until 11:30 AM! 🥹 I'm so grateful! I could wake up naturally and then take my plate to the poolside to eat slowly. There's a bus stop diagonally next to the entrance, so taxis are also very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk to the old town. Overall, it was the best hotel of my entire trip."

"The location is very remote and need to walk a minimum 10 minutes before finding 2 small shops. 10 minute bus ride into plantarias where a lot more shops available. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The staff work hard, the lifeguards take their job seriously and do an amazing job. The rooms are tiny, double bed and a small single. No sofa / chair to sit on while getting ready. The balcony is approx 1m squared and again very small. The food I thought was great. Some stuff the same everyday but majority rotated and cannot complain about the service. My son is was poorly and needed to see a dr and the hotel was very informative and the Jet2 rep (Veronica) helped us by calling ahead and checking the price. Cannot really fault any of the holiday that the resort could control."
