ผผู้เข้าพักมาพักเป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว ดีและประทับใจเหมือนเดิมเลยค่ะ ทริปนี้มากันสามครอบครัว ได้ชวนอีกสองครอบครัวมาพักด้วยกัน ห้องพักของโรงแรมกว้างขวางมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีพร้อมทุกอย่างจริงๆ ถึงแม้จะได้ห้องพักชั้น 1 แต่ก็ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดหรือทึบเลยแม้แต่น้อย ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก เดินไป Calton Hill ใช้เวลาเพียง 8 นาที และห่างจากสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 15 นาที ถือเป็นโรงแรมที่ทำเลดีที่สุดในเรทราคาเดียวกัน หรืออาจจะพูดได้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดในทำเลระดับนี้เลยค่ะ ปีนี้จริงๆ ก็อยากลองเปลี่ยนโรงแรมดูบ้าง แต่เลือกไปเลือกมาก็ยังคงรู้สึกว่าที่นี่ดีที่สุดอยู่ดี เอดินบะระสวยงามมากจริงๆ ทำให้หลงใหลจนไม่อยากกลับเลยค่ะ

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is good and the room is reasonably sized but the design of the room is not to my liking. The toilet is completely separated from the rest of the washroom which has happened before but the toilet room does not have a hand basin to wash your hands and the two areas are inconveniently located so it could be a problem stumbling at night.
The room was clean when we checked in but our room was cleaned the next day except for the washroom for some reason. Reported to front desk but no explanation really.
Saw a fan in the closet so the hotel may not have A/C whinch happens in hotels in Europe sometimes. Check that if you are coming in the summer.

Hotels location is totally convenient for tourists, in my opinion. For example, we came back to the hotel after midnight and it was safe for us.

ผผู้เข้าพักMy stay at Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh has been overall very satisfactory. The location can be quite tricky but I did not mind the walk to Princes Street which is about 10 minutes. The amenities provided were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff did a good job but since it is a rug flooring, I found that nails from previous guests were still on the flooring which indicated it needed a proper cleaning process.
The check-out time of the hotel (11 a.m.) does not coincide with that on the site (12 00) but it was not an issue since the staff let us keep the room until 11 30 a.m.

ผผู้เข้าพักAbsolutely amazing. We arrived very late due to heavy snow- they checked us in and organised an extra bed literally within 2 minutes of arriving. The service is efficient and rapid. The gentleman who looked after our room in house keeping was awesome, he helped us settle in and the little touches to make the kids feel special was duly noted.
The manager down on the reception desk was excellent. Everything is managed very well, there is no waiting and the service is outstanding.
The view at breakfast is amazing! Mountains in the distance covered in snow. Our stay was better than expected. Parking ✅ Swimming pool and sauna ✅ Food ✅ Service ✅
The hotel location is convenient and the restaurant space is open plan and cosy yet very busy. The hotel does need some updated but everything works well.
The location is literally next to the zoo and the overflow car park 🅿️ is next to the hotel.
The staff here are outstanding. High praise. Thank you.

My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we both got a restful night’s sleep.
What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. I was feeling a bit under the weather during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing breakfast directly to our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This level of care really goes a long way in making guests feel valued.
For those who prefer to enjoy their breakfast with a bit of fresh air, the hotel also has a charming terrace where you can take your meal while soaking in the surroundings. It's the perfect way to start the day if you want to enjoy a bit of sunshine.
The location is also a major plus. It’s just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore, and for those who prefer not to walk, a quick 5-minute bus ride will take you wherever you need to go.
The lounge area at the hotel is another highlight. It’s spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with blankets to keep guests comfortable if the temperature drops. It provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfort, thoughtful service, and a prime location makes it a top choice. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!

It on a very accessible location from the main town of Edinburgh with the 24 x 7 open reception for any queries. The staff were friendly and welcoming and directs you towards your assigned room. The crowd that shares the hostel dorms is very mixed starting from teenagers to 50s folks. The overall vibe is very youthful. This feedback is based on one day of my stay in Edinburgh. Thanks
