"The aparthotel was in a great central location only a walk away from many attractions such as Holyrood palace, arthur's seat, Edinburgh castle etc. It is off the royal mile. There are restaurants at your door stop such as chef bako where I tried a nice street style burger and fried mars bar. The check in was easy. They provide all the ncessary cutlery, there was some milk, tea, sugar coffeez salt and pepper available in the room. You can have daily room cleaning and can also do own laundry as there was a washing machine in the room. It is quiet and not in a noisey location. Negatives: I would say the set up of the toilet wasn't the best in terms of the radiator was really close to the toilet seat so if you were a larger person, you wouldn't comfortably be able to sit on the toilet seat. There weren't any hooks on the toilet door to hand towels. No shower holders in the shower to put shampoo or soap etc. The headboard rest isn”t needed as shortens the length of the bed so your feet come off the end of the bed. These rests are not detachable. Overall with a few adjustments in the room it would be better but I would stay there again because of the location."
