超級漂亮的海景房，房間和公共設施的內飾很贊，owner和經理非常熱情好客。第二天早晨的早餐是現點現做，非常新鮮好吃。非常愉悦的一個落腳點。

บ้านเก่าในสมัยวิคตอเรีย ห้องสําหรับสามคนอยู่ในห้องใต้ดิน อย่ารีบย้ายกล่องที่ประตู หากคุณอาศัยอยู่ใต้ดินจะมีทางเดินเล็กๆ เพื่อนบอกว่าซอสช็อกโกแลตสําหรับอาหารเช้าอร่อย มะเขือเทศย่างในอาหารเช้าคลาสสิกอังกฤษก็อร่อย และไส้กรอกก็ไม่อร่อย สะดวกมากในการชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น เพียงไม่กี่ก้าว ใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า 20 นาทีในการนั่งแท็กซี่ไปยัง Baiya

Lovely hotel in a great location, very near the bandstand and town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We always had a night cap in the bar before bed which was great. We also got a room upgrade to one with a partial sea view which was very nice to have. Parking was easy. You get given vouchers which we paid about £2 each per day for, and you can park on the surrounding streets. We were lucky and got just outside the hotel by the seafront. If in summer, you may want to get there in the evening when day trippers will have gone home. There's also the ncp car park near by if necessary. Bed was very comfy and bedroom was a good size with tea and coffee facilities. We didn't have any meals there so I can't comment on that. (I did notice on the menu that the vegan cooked breakfast consisted of vegetables but no meat substitute, which I thought was a bit poor for the price.) I'd certainly stay at this hotel again.

My husband and i had a nice stay. Perfect location as only accross the road to the theatre where we went that evening. Toiletries/Tea & Coffee available in room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Overall, it was a really good experience. The staff were really nice, and the location was great. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and opening the window gets the bugs in. The walls weren’t soundproof either, so I was woken by the neighbours chatting and laughing at 4 am.

We stayed at the Port hotel for one night.It was lovely.The service was great the staff were friendly.The hotel has a very modern aesthetic and minimalistic vibe. Would definitely stay again. Shout out to the Chef who had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs and the lovely lady that asked him to kindly do that for me.😊 Would recommend this hotel. Dont think about it if it comes up on your feed….Do it!🥳

Great hotel but not the best in the town as it is small, about outdated and the view isn't the best in the world. The shower was very poor and weak but the bathroom looked nice and was up to date but not the biggest. The hotel had a different feel about it and the staff member was great.

The location was very good, with convenient access to the seaside. The cleanliness of both the room and communal areas was acceptable. However, the staff availability and overall welcome were not satisfactory. I was not informed either at the time of booking or during check-in that I needed to notify the staff if I intended to return to the hotel after midnight. On the second night of my stay, I returned after midnight but found the entrance door closed. I tried knocking for around 30 minutes and repeatedly attempted to contact reception, but the reception phone number was not answered. As I was unable to gain access, I eventually had to contact my friend and stay at their accommodation overnight. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, and I believe guests should be clearly informed of the property's late-night access arrangements at the time of booking or check-in.

It was located next to the pier and close the food places. Location wise 10/10. The room was spacious but the shower was not the cleanest. Hospitality and service was very nice
