สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมสวยงามมาก เป็นความรู้สึกของสวนส่วนตัวที่สวยงาม เจ้าของดูแลกิจการอย่างระมัดระวัง สุขาภิบาลดีมาก และบริการมีความกระตือรือร้น อาหารเช้ามีน้อยมาก ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ดี พื้นจะดังเมื่อเดินขึ้นชั้นบน และด้านอื่นๆ ดีมาก

歐洲古典風格酒店，從花園到室內的地毯 掛畫，書架，擺件 房間的床品毯子窗簾，到前台 行李員，都兼具品質和品位。餐廳菜譜是手寫的當日料理，非常的特別，衹是如果配一個菜譜電子或者印刷的參考圖片會對客人的選擇，尤其外國食客會更有幫助。 總之，非常推薦。

連鎖酒店有一定的水平，設備好，可惜附近餐廳不多,酒店本身的餐廳水準普普，雖然在郊區，但有火車去市中心，本身有大停車場

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีเพื่อรับประทานอาหารและเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย แอร์พอ หน้าร้อนไม่มีแอร์จะแย่มาก บริการก็โอเค

Abbiamo prenotato due camere matrimoniali per due notti. Erano ubicate nel palazzetto al primo piano. La camera estremamente piccola, tanto da non consentire il passaggio di fianco al letto. Bagno wc separato dal vano doccia, molto stretto anche quello. Armadio inesistente ma appendiabiti e mensole. All'arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani da doccia, ma su richiesta ce li hanno dati subito (una loro dimenticanza). Nota positiva bollitore con due tazze e caffè, the e tisane disponibili. La posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più importanti di Avignone.

Great location right outside the old town, making it super easy to hit all the main attractions! The room was spacious for our family of four and lovely overall, though a couple of small cleanliness hiccups kept it from being perfect (leftover breakfast in the corridor and an empty soap dispenser). The staff was welcoming and breakfast was decent. Just a minor suggestion for more seating in the bar area next time! Still, not bad for a quick city break.

The receptionist was rude and not hospitable, couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us twice, said we couldn't park at the parkimg as a reservation was required even though on trip.com it was explicity written no reservation for parking required and the toilet door was broken, found some stuff from previous client in the bathroom as well. The pool is very nice though

Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

โรงแรมนี้สวยมาก มีลานแยก เงียบมาก ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟกลางและ Palais des Papes แต่ยังมีห้องครัวที่คุณสามารถกินเองได้ หากคุณเช็คอินหลังเวลา 19:00 น. โรงแรมจะส่งอีเมลถึงคุณในช่วงบ่ายเพื่อแจ้งวิธีการเช็คอิน มันมีรายละเอียดมาก หากเวลาเช็คเอาต์เร็วกว่าแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรม กรุณาใส่การ์ดห้องพักในห้องและปิดประตู . ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีรองเท้าแตะ นำติดตัวไปด้วย โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถของตัวเอง แต่คาดว่าต้องจองล่วงหน้า ทำเลไม่ค่อยมาก
