We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location. It’s within walking distance of Avignon town. There are plenty of places to eat for all three meals. There is a brand new laundromat close by. We stayed on ground floor. The room has a queen bed and a separate area to watch TV. The TV in the room is not working. This area opens to the terrace outside. The hotel and room look dated but are clean.  Staff are all very helpful and courteous. The one issue I have is that there is an odour coming from the toilet. We had to close the toilet doors so that it doesn’t get too bad. Otherwise, recommended.

第一次遇到如此割裂的酒店 好壞都挺極致的 先説壞的 如果你是女性獨旅 又是大晚上到的酒店 可能會非常惶恐 因為入口基本找不到 找到了以為是廢墟 建議搭火車 一出站右轉直通酒店電梯到前台 再來是酒店公共區域包括走廊 有一股些微的味道 我住過幾家宜必思 這家公共區域的衞生最堪憂 但房間內部衞生沒問題 我是過敏體質 並沒有發生任何皮膚問題 另外就是酒店在裝修 我有天下午回去休息 被電鑽搞得快發瘋 現在説好的 位置一流 1分鐘走到火車站 過馬路就是城牆 走15分鐘到教皇宮及斷橋 雖然就在軌道邊上 但基本不吵 因為有三層隔音窗 早餐延續宜必思優勢 簡單卻新鮮可口 應有盡有 前台服務非常親切 專業 總體來説 性價比是有競爭力的 如果沒有裝修聲 而且習慣入口的廢墟荒涼感 不在意公共區域的些微味道 還是可以奔着交通 早餐來住 畢竟阿**翁是重要的轉運站 去阿爾勒聖雷米等等周邊 搭火車方便是很重要的

ทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่เงียบสงบและสะดวกมากในการเยี่ยมชมเมืองโบราณ ทันทีที่มาถึงโรงแรม เจ้าของโรงแรมก็หยิบแผนที่ออกมาเพื่ออธิบายจุดชมวิวและเส้นทางต่างๆ อย่างกระตือรือร้น แต่โดยทั่วไปแล้วเป็นโฮมสเตย์มากกว่า สามารถเช็คอินได้เฉพาะเวลา 4-7 น. ทุกวัน และต้องเช็คเอาท์เวลา 11.00 น. ห้องของเราถูกจัดไว้ที่ห้องใต้หลังคาซึ่งอยู่ชั้นสามและเราต้องแบกสัมภาระขึ้นบันไดแคบๆ ท่อระบายน้ําในห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็นและไม่มีระบบระบายอากาศ ฉันรู้สึกเหม็นเล็กน้อยเมื่อฉันนอนหลับ และเสื้อผ้าก็แห้งไม่ได้เลย ตอนแรกเห็นป้ายในห้องน้ําบอกว่าเปิดน้ําร้อนไม่เกิน 4 นาที ยังรู้สึกแปลกๆ ต่อมาฉันเห็นเครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นไฟฟ้าในห้องน้ําสาธารณะที่ชั้น 1 และฉันก็เข้าใจว่าอาจเป็นเพราะห้องมากกว่าสิบห้องใช้เครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นและน้ําร้อนมีจํากัด โดยทั่วไปแล้วอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพก็โอเค

The sheets were only clean cuz they outsourced the cleaning to another company who does the job well. For this price, you need to put your own sheets and set up your own bed, AND still have to send it downstairs (didn’t seem mandatory but encouraged). My ceiling walls were peeling, my bunk bed frame made of cold metal, and the tap was hard to control — water kept flowing out even if we pressed the knob lightly. I slept well on the first night but on the second, homeless people were screaming and harassing a girl, woke my roommates up and we weren’t sure if we should call the police. You’re better off another hostel. Breakfast variety was ok.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงมาก แต่การเช็คอินค่อนข้างลำบาก เราไปถึงดึก (โรงแรมเปิดตอนกลางคืน) และออกนอกสถานีผิดทาง เราใช้ Google Navigation เดินไปตามถนนที่มืดสนิท ซึ่งน่ากลัวมาก พอถึงโรงแรมก็ไม่มีใครอยู่ที่แผนกต้อนรับเลย เราเลยเข้าไม่ได้ ต้องใส่รหัสผ่าน ซึ่งงงมาก ต่อมาก็มีพนักงานชาวฝรั่งเศสคนหนึ่ง (พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้) เข้ามาช่วยแปลภาษาให้เราโทรไปขอกุญแจตู้เซฟ ปรากฏว่ารหัสตู้เซฟถูกส่งทางอีเมลให้แขกล่วงหน้าแล้ว แต่ด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่างพวกเขาไม่ได้รับ ครั้งนี้บริการของ Ctrip แย่มาก ไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนใดๆ และฉันก็หาฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าไม่เจอ แทบจะใจสลาย

Kleines Zimmer, was wohl vom gebuchten Zimmertyp abhängig war, der Beschreibung so drastisch aber nicht zu entnehmen, wo praktisch nur Bett das Zimmer einnahm und zwischen Bett und Wand am Fußende kam man gerade durch. Keine Becher oder Gläser im Zimmer vorhanden, das Leitungswasser (kein Wasserfläschchen für den Gast) musste man direkt aus der Hand! am Waschbecken trinken. Badezimmer war sauber und völlig ok., aber die wackelige Schiebetür zum Zimmer war unappetitlich alt-fleckig. Der Aufzug war beängstigend alt und man hatte Angst, stecken zu bleiben. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, aber als 2 weitere Gäste nach uns kamen, musste erst neuer Kaffee für sie aufgesetzt werden, weil die Kanne leer war, was dauerte, ferner waren die wenigen Scheiben Salami und Käse von uns schon fast aufgegessen - die armen Gäste nach uns. Am Abend zuvor wollten wir in diesem stimmungsvollen Raum Abendessen einnehmen, was nicht ging, nur in anderem Restaurantraum (auch ok, aber nicht ganz so schön), aber am nächsten Abend sahen wir doch Gäste am großen schönem Kamin im „Frühstücksraum“ dort essen..Das finde ich ohne Erklärung einen schlechten Service. am Vorabend. Wegen des Aufzugs und fehlendem Komfort im Zimmer würde ich bei nächster Reise woanders buchen trotz der Lage direkt am Papstpalast.

เราใช้โรงแรมนี้เป็นจุดแวะพักระหว่างทางไปทางใต้ โดยทั่วไปแล้วเป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของเรา - สะอาด ธรรมดา และทรุดโทรมเล็กน้อย สำหรับคนเดินทางคนเดียว/ผู้หญิง อาจจะน่ากลัวหน่อยเพราะทำเลเปลี่ยว การเช็คอินอัตโนมัติอาจยุ่งยาก (เกิดจากการพยายาม 3 ครั้ง)
