設施：公寓式的小房間，廚房設備齊全 衞生：入住兩天，期間沒有客房打掃，但房間衞生總體不錯 環境：巴西主題裝修，一出房門就能聽到走廊播放的鳥鳴，浴室用的也是叢林主題的牆紙 服務：工作人員中有不説德語的 大多都很熱心

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. ทําเลสะดวกติดกับห้างมินาโอ เดินไปสถานีรถไฟกลาง 10 นาที ตึกใหม่กว่าสไตล์โมเดิร์น ห้องน้ําแยกส่วนเปียก/แห้งซึ่งใช้งานได้จริง มีเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าให้ใช้ฟรี ฟรีกาแฟ/ชา/น้ําร้อนที่ชั้น 2 พนักงานทําความสะอาดดีมาก มีความสุขมากที่ได้อยู่ที่นั่น

The room is very chic and good design and the location is good but the price is too expensive for the size of hotel like this. The reception is polite and better than normal German standard so nothing to complain except the size of the room and the price

숙소는 최근 리모델링으로 상당히 깨끗했고, 10박동안 직원들의 친절한 대응에 여행이 즐거웠습니다. 특히 올리비아 라는아름다운 직원은 정말 친절했습니다. 덕분에 슈투트가르트에서 좋은 추억을 쌓았네요. 매일 조식을 먹었고 맛과 신선도는 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 역과 다소 멀지만, 도심지에서 조금 떨어진 덕분에 현지인처럼 조용히 지내기 좋았어요. 부족한 물품은 바로 근처에 쇼핑몰에서 사면되고, 호텔 옆 주유소에도 작은 가게가 있어서 거기도 이용할 수 있습니다. 다시 한 번 감사드리며, 나중에 또 방문할게요.

ทําเลที่ตั้งแย่มากเนื่องจากอาคารทํางานที่สถานีหลัก และห้องก็ร้อนเกินกว่าจะทนด้วยเครื่องปรับอากาศต่ํากว่ามาตรฐาน ไม่ดีสําหรับโรงแรม 5-star

ข้อดี- โรงแรมที่มีเสน่ห์ในทําเลใจกลางเมือง คุณสามารถเดินไปยังใจกลางเมือง ใกล้กับรถราง U6 ซึ่งตรงไปยังสนามบิน พักห้อง 520 เป็นเวลาหลายคืน ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมไฟสว่างไสว เตียงนอนใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย พนักงานยังเด็กและมีพลัง ข้อเสีย - อาหารเช้าขาดความหลากหลาย ส่งข้อความถึงพนักงานผ่านแท็บเล็ต/ไอแพดที่จัดไว้ให้ในห้อง แต่ไม่มีการตอบสนอง ตู้เย็นไม่ทํางาน

พ่อแม่ของฉันกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้บ่อยมาก เพราะประทับใจกับบรรยากาศและการบริการมาก พวกเขายินดีจ่ายแพงขึ้นอีกนิดหน่อย โดยเฉพาะโซนสุขภาพ แต่น่าเสียดายที่ครั้งนี้พ่อแม่ของฉันพบว่าบริการแย่ลง ไม่มีเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำหรือรองเท้าแตะในห้อง (แม้จะขอไว้แล้วก็ตาม) ไม่มีน้ำดื่มฟรีในห้อง (น่าเสียดายจริงๆ) และอาหารเช้าก็แย่ลง... เราเข้าใจดีว่าทุกอย่างแพงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ แม้แต่เครือโรงแรมก็ต้องลดต้นทุน แต่โรงแรม Maritim ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องคุณภาพระดับกลางที่ดีมาก และนั่นคือสิ่งที่คุณต้องจ่าย... เราหวังว่าสถานการณ์จะดีขึ้นอีกครั้ง เพราะพ่อแม่ของฉันจองโรงแรมนี้หลายครั้งต่อปีตอนที่ท่านอยู่ที่เมืองสตุตการ์ต มีที่จอดรถพร้อมสถานีชาร์จไฟฟ้า และทุกอย่างก็ยอดเยี่ยม

Schöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus? Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben! Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)
