This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

ชื่อโรงแรมผิดหายากมาก ป้ายมันคือ Tyndall xxxx Yellow Crane hotel ตอนไปยากมาก เพราะจองเป็นชื่อ Qi hotel ควรหาแผนที่ใน app AMAP วิวสวย ใกล้ที่กินมากมายรวมท่าเรื่อข้ามฟาก เตียงนอนสบาย เป็นโรงแรมเก่าทำใหม่เอี่ยมสีดำ มีเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อม แต่ต้องเอา adaptor ไฟฟ้าแบบสามขาแบนเอียงไปด้วย ไม่มีโต๊ะทำงาน มีแต่โต๊ะชา เตียงสะอาด สบายไม่นิ่มมาก ตามมาตรฐานรร จีน ไม่มีใครพูดอังกฤษ มีน้ำชากาแฟให้ฟรีข้างล่าง วิวสวยแม่น้ำ แต่ติดถนนจึงหนวกหูเสียงรถ ราคา1700 ถือว่าเยี่ยม ไม่มีอาหารเช้า เดิน 10 นาทีถึงรถใต้ดิน ใกล้ที่เที่ยวมากมาย แต่รถติด หากจะไปสนามบินให้ใช้รถใต้ดิน หรือข้ามเรือไปอีกฝั่งค่อยดรียก Didi จะประหยัดไปเยอะเพราะรถติดใหอุโมงใต้น้ำยานมาก

For the past few years, I have traveled to Wuhan at least once a year, and every single time I choose to stay at Royal Grace Hotel. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากครับ การเข้าพักที่ Ritz-Carlton ครั้งล่าสุดของผมคือที่ Pudong เมื่อหลายปีก่อน สำหรับครั้งนี้ที่หวู่ฮั่น ผมทราบมาว่านี่คือ Ritz-Carlton สาขาใหม่ล่าสุดในจีน ณ ตอนนี้เลยครับ พอลงรถไฟความเร็วสูงก็ตรงมาที่โรงแรมเลย ใช้เวลาแค่ครึ่งชั่วโมงก็ถึงโรงแรมแล้วครับ เนื่องจากต้องเช็คอินที่ชั้น 46 พนักงานต้อนรับที่ล็อบบี้ชั้นล่างจึงจัดการนำกระเป๋าของเราขึ้นไปให้ เราเลยขึ้นไปโดยไม่ต้องถืออะไรเลยครับ ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินราบรื่นมาก พนักงานทุกคนที่นี่เป็นกันเองและน่าประทับใจมากครับ ห้องพักกว้างกว่า 50 ตารางเมตร ครอบครัวสามคนอยู่สบายไม่อึดอัดเลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ไม่ต้องพูดถึงเลยครับ Ritz-Carlton อยู่ในจุดสูงสุดของโรงแรมหรูในจีนมานานแล้ว ที่สำคัญคือทุกอย่างลงตัวพอดีเป๊ะ ภรรยาผมชอบผลิตภัณฑ์อาบน้ำของ Diptyque กลิ่นมะเดื่อมาก ส่วนผมชอบสบู่ก้อนเล็กๆ เป็นพิเศษ เพราะผมชอบใช้สบู่ครับ การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ทั้งหมดสี่วันสามคืน อาหารเช้าของเราอยู่ที่ห้องอาหารตะวันตกชั้น 46 ห้องอาหารกว้างขวางสูงโปร่ง นั่งทานอาหารไปก็ชมวิวเมืองหวู่ฮั่นได้ 180 องศาครับ ถ้าได้ที่นั่งริมหน้าต่างก็จะมองเห็นแม่น้ำแยงซีได้ไกลเลย อาหารที่นี่มีให้เลือกหลากหลายและอร่อยมากครับ แฮม Serrano ที่ผมชอบก็มีให้ทานแบบไม่อั้น โชคดีที่อยู่แค่สามวัน ไม่งั้นอยู่เป็นอาทิตย์คงอ้วนแน่ๆ ครับ ตอนกลางคืนลูกสาวไปสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้นดาดฟ้า บรรยากาศเงียบสงบทำให้รู้สึกว่าสระว่ายน้ำบนก้อนเมฆนี้ แม้แต่นั่งอยู่บนเก้าอี้เอนหลังก็เป็นประสบการณ์ที่พิเศษแล้วครับ ช่วงวันหยุดสั้นๆ ก็ดีใจที่มี Ritz-Carlton อยู่เป็นเพื่อนครับ สมแล้วที่เป็นโรงแรมหรูอันดับต้นๆ ของเมือง ไม่ได้มีชื่อเสียงเกินจริงเลย วันสุดท้ายตอนเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานยังใจดีเก็บคีย์การ์ดให้ผมเป็นของที่ระลึกเล็กๆ น้อยๆ และตุ๊กตากุ้งล็อบสเตอร์ที่ลูกสาวได้มาก็เป็นของที่ระลึกสำคัญสำหรับการมาหวู่ฮั่นครั้งนี้ของเราครับ หวังว่าจะได้กลับมาพักอีกครั้ง ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนที่นี่จริงๆ ครับ ขอบคุณสุภาพบุรุษและสุภาพสตรีตัวแทนของ Ritz-Carlton ทุกคนครับ!

การนั่งแท็กซี่จากสนามบินมายังโรงแรมใช้เวลาประมาณ 35 นาที ค่าโดยสาร 97 หยวน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับศาลาชิงฉวน ห้องเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟริเวอร์วิวที่คุณจองไว้สามารถมองเห็นสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำแยงซีหวู่ฮั่นได้อย่างเต็มที่ พื้นที่ห้องพักโอเค พนักงานบริการอบอุ่นและมีน้ำใจมาก หมี่แห้งร้อนๆ สำหรับมื้อเช้าก็อร่อย ส่วนห้องเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟยังมาพร้อมเครื่องดื่ม 6 ขวดและน้ำดื่ม 4 ขวด รวมถึงอาหารเพื่อธุรกิจแบบง่ายๆ แม้ว่าจะเป็นวันเดือนพฤษภาคม แต่ใช้เวลาเพียง 10 นาทีในการเดินจากโรงแรมไปยังศาลาชิงฉวนในตอนเช้า เราเข้าไปทันทีที่ประตูเปิด มีคนไม่มาก และเราสามารถถ่ายรูปสวยๆ ได้ สามารถเยี่ยมชม Tiemenguan Pass ได้ ตอนเย็นไปเดินเล่นที่สวน Guishan ตรงข้ามกับของกิน

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.
