Hotel location is good and surrounding many food street. Just 2 train stops to 三坊七巷 and the 爱心树 and 达明美食街。The train station is located below the hotel. Easily get DiDi to other sightseeing places. Room is modern, big & nice..clean & comfortable. Room comes with smart home technology and bidet seat spray toilet seat. Pillow selection. There is laundry room & the gym is big. Hotel staff are friendly & polite. Highly recommended this hot spring hotel.

We booked the tree house and it was a wonderful experience. The treehouse facilities are modern with air conditioner and hot water, very comfortable. The entire resort is tastefully designed, surround by an amazing mountain and forest view. The hot spring and swimming pool has a fantastic mountain view as a backdrop and very Instagrammable. The service is tiptop with a team of concierge on call via WeChat to handle your every request and question. The food was very delicious and fresh. We signed up for the free sound therapy course and it was a very soothing and relaxing experience. The trainers were very helpful and friendly. The course was conducted in Mandarin though, I am not sure if they can conduct it in English. I am well travelled and have been to many fine resorts around the world, but this counts as one of the most enjoyable and pampering experience I have had.

The location was great! Its a few minutes away from the beach by foot and not too far from the central town area. The service was also excellent! I really appreciated that the receptionist called me the day before to ask for confirmation about my arrival time and was really responsive! However, the soundproofing and detailed cleaning could certainly be improved. There would be a few times we would be disturbed by our neighbors or their children late at night or incredibly early in the morning. For cleaning, it was mainly about removing odors. The mini-fridge had a very strong durian smell and the room had a certain odor to it when the air conditioning wasn't on. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay here!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service! I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile! The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! 來平潭的第一晚住在温德姆，體驗感一言難盡，完全不值得。第二晚選擇了這一家，能明顯感覺到酒店的用心與精心，體驗感很好。一入住就提供了免費停車的地方，送了孩子做工比較好的牙刷和拖鞋，還有小玩具，還升級了房型。温德姆價格貴了幾倍，在郊區，馬桶是普通的，吹風也很老舊，連洗衣房都沒有，周邊也是一無所有。而這一家智能馬桶是温暖的，吹風也很給力，周邊很多吃的，掛衣區設計也很合理，退房走的時候前台又送了小零食。感覺很暖心。温德姆製冰機沒有鏟子，咖啡機沒有咖啡，而他家一應俱全，五星的服務與細節。 洗衣房使用的人特別多，排隊排到很晚還沒搞好，是前台主動幫忙半夜烘乾的。非常棒的體驗。

Family of 5 stayed in 2 rooms. 1. Style: Perfect blend of cultural architecture with modern comfortable living. Very impressive! 2. Location: Excellent, within the cultural heart of Fuzhou Walking distance to famous pedestrian shopping belt. 3. Room: Overall thoughtful and quality furnishings. 4. Service: Attentive and caring, special attention re served to elderly guests with mobility issues. Owners were on-site on check in and helped with our luggage even though they are well staffed. Great leadership! 5. Breakfast: Subjective, good variety, however being a coffee connoisseur, quality of breakfast coffee has a lot of room for improvement. Overall: Highly recommended, will stay again!

Great location to go with when you travel to Fuqing with ~10 mins walking distance to 2 Wanda Malls. Views are unblocked when you get the high floors and front desk staff (Guo Jia Yi and others) are friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is when we asked for additional water bottles, we were told that there is only 2 free bottles and there will be additional charges if we were to request for more (i mean, we are paying total ~ 3k RMB for 7 night stays and it is just disappointed to hear that water bottles are chargeable/typically cost 1-2 RMB per bottle at the supermarket)

平潭最好的民宿之一吧，臨海二建，主要有片私享沙灘🏖，下午辦的入住在沙灘上趕海，管家提供的工具，在沙灘上撿了很多貝殼貝殼，還抓了🦀螃蟹。 房間很漂亮，躺在床上浴缸裏就能看到海，非常的愜意。落地窗很大，日落的時候好美。 房間乾淨整潔，服務也很貼心。早餐很不錯，入駐還有果盤。 下次還要來，個人強烈推薦的一家寶藏。
