โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราพักในคอเคซัส! ขนาดห้องก็ใหญ่ ชอบบริการระดับมืออาชีพที่แผนกต้อนรับห้องพักสะอาดมากอาหารเช้าที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจหลังจากรับประทานอาหารเช้าสองวันในโรงแรมพนักงานที่เอาใจใส่มากในพื้นที่อาหารเช้าแม้กระทั่งนามสกุลของฉัน นั่นเป็นความประหลาดใจที่น่ารื่นรมย์ สนุกกับทุกช่วงเวลาที่นี่และเศร้าที่จะจากไป จะแนะนําให้ทุกคนมาพักอย่างแน่นอน!!!

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.

Overall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries. In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options. I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted. And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it. To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

В отеле приятный персонал, мы брали самый базовый номер, в номере было чисто, единственное не работал кондиционер видимо из-за зимнего времени года, но можно было открыть отель. К сожалению не воспользовались бассейном и завтраком, так как остановка была совсем короткой, было приятно что к дню рождения мужа в качестве сюрприза в но по принесли торт

Excellent budget hotel – highly recommended! Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated. We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding. The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes. The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!
