Really good location for the BIEC. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly with anything we asked, even offered to iron our shirts, clean tile bathroom, good price. Nothing bad to say about these guys. I was a little concerned rolling up at 3am for my first trip to India as the street was just kinda desolate looking, but the next day completely erased my concerns. The street came alive, the staff were extremely helpful even taking me to look for a SIM card and nice to us, wifi worked good, breakfast of Dosa & Idli was awesome, nice hot shower. What else do you need. It is 100% solid and great value.

Very bad behaviour from the front desk. They charged an amount of 500 for early checkin at 11am. The rooms were quite good but the behavior of staffs is disgusting. I personally don't recommend these stay for family
