Such a nice hotel , nice ambience too.We had an amazing experience , good behaviour from all staffs and especially Mr Subin has provided us with great service and hospitality. Good food , well maintained rooms.we will definitely visit again! Thank you

The hotel has the potential of being an excellent place to stay due to the location. Does a very good job with the public spaces of the hotel, breakfast buffet is very good but the cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Rooms were outdated. Kitchen was not well equipped. The premium suite had two sets of crockery and cutlery. No wine glasses or soup bowls. No detergent, scrubber, kitchen towels, dish cloths. Only two pots and no mixing bowl or salad bowls. Microwave had only 2 working buttons. Bathroom cleanliness was very poor. The dark decor made the bathroom look even dirtier. Stayed for 2 weeks and tipped the housekeeping staff every time I ran into them to get them to thoroughly scrub the bathroom. Towels were limited and no hand or face towels were provided. Noticed that cleaning staff piled dirty towels on top of clean towels so spoke to the Housekeeping Supervisor who promised to retrain staff. Maybe ok for a short business trip, definitely not for a longer vacation.

Absolutely comfortable stay. Very humble staff and the best part was the delicious food that was served. I also liked the location of the property, it is located in the middle of city with easy commute options available. Don’t Look out for any other options, simply book now!!

Stay was very comfortable.It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Majorly Staff doesn't understand Hindi well so service definitely is the issue, It is a total vegetarian hotel serving only vegetarian food not even eggs are served which is not informed on major travel sites so all non vegetarians must think before booking , bathrooms doesn't have basic wash basin towels located very near to MG road and Brigade road

Booked PREMIUM STUDIO with 2 Queen beds with spacious cooking, dining and work space. Super happy for family of 4 with no extra cost and includes breakfast. Though a bit older facility, decent and well maintained. Recommended for folks who are happy with no frills and just what's required at reasonable price The restaurant was wonderful and has got Indian and continental breakfast options

Chose the hotel for its central location. Truly great location. And that's it Honestly the service was one of the slowest and unattentive I have come across so ***y years across so ***y hotels and countries/cities. It's simply worse. It takes a minimum 3 calls with an average of 45 minutes to get any request done from any department. The saving grace is front office. Staff here still nice. Food is okayish and hotel is only veg. Breakfast spread is very limited but good Rooms are okay, but Housekeeping has lots of scope of improvement. One special mention. If you have installed a TV, kindly provide access to channels. Seemed all channels just blocked. TV seemed only a prop on the wall otherwise. Would I come back, well a difficult question now

No space for chilling and one who sits in the reception (bishvijith) is a rationalist and also an *****... If not him then I'll give 5stars... because of this property is in the prime city so the charges may hike that's not a problem
