Hotel it self was great! And breakfast!
The staff checking in had no hospitality at all no welcome to Brewster’s have you stayed with us before. The man looked like we were disturbing him. And girl looked like woke up from a nap. Can I have a credit card and drivers license! No please thank you. If you don’t like job quit! The man in morning was very friendly and told us to have a safe drive home! That’s how it’s done !

My wife & I have stayed at this hotel before. It is centrally located in the heart of Banff, close to restaurants and shops. Reception is always friendly. Heated underground parking. Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms are clean and quiet. Nice to have a complimentary self-serve breakfast.

A very nice place to stay. Close to Banff ave and the breakfast is a good option.
Friendly people and we’ve been there twice in a few months and came early with no issues checking in.

I booked this hotel 3 months prior to our trip and was able to use my rewards towards getting a great rate. I'm so THANKFUL that they were able to grant my request for a mini fridge in the room :-) But I was disappointed in receiving a back alley facing room. While having some mountain views it was a little noisy, early in the morning (before 7am), from truck traffic in the alley. There are free ear plugs in the room, if you're able to sleep with them in, I can't ;-) Housekeeping also missed something in the room, wasn't an issue, just wanted to note it and I did tell the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was great! Overall, being a repeat guest and VIP member of ******* I was a little underwhelmed, but if the opportunity presents itself would stay again.

Unbeatable location especially with the parkade. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly dated, and there were some noisy guests on our floor, not unsurprising on a Saturday night given how close it is to the bars.
