We just want to voice some concerns we had with the service and cleanliness of the stay:
- no fridge in the room (we had to ask for one)
- partner was vegetarian with dietary requirements and for two days the order was wrong.
-after the room was cleaned, the hand towels weren't replaced and we needed to ask for new ones.
- bed sheets were dirty and stained in two separate occasions of our stay.
- on the second day, we were locked out of our room for 30 mins due to faulty door lock and staff needed to climb the walls for access.
- two occasions where the bath towels had stains and didn't look clean. Had to share the less stained one
-ants all over the bathroom and intruding into the room.
-cigarette ash found at the edge under the bath in the bathroom after we were out all day.
-laundry service was returned damp and was charged twice.
-upon check out there were duplicate charges for laundry and floating basket/room service fee
We are thankful that management was flexible on the food delivery services, due to dietary requirements.
However, we were asked to not leave reviews in exchange for voiding the transaction of final payment of approx AUD$102.30
Management requested Credit card details, before indicating that they could not refund, and requesting Bank details. Very questionable.
