Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our one night stay, however hotel is a bit run down.
Staff were lovely especially the luggage porters, they were great young boys and resolved issues quickly.
We were surprised that our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 10pm but we were happy with the late checkout offered.
Alot of Indian and Chinese at this hotel - the staff said they have agents that recommend the Hotel so bare that in mind.

n Tulip
Overview:
This is a fairly typical city hotel, great for travelers looking for a family staycation. It's easily accessible from various locations.
Expectations:
I expected a clean hotel with good service, perfect for a quiet stay after the busy high seasons.
Reality:
The "City View" rooms turned out to be quite noisy, located next to a road with constant motorcycle traffic. I stayed in room 546, which was near what seemed like a woodworking factory. The sound of machinery could be heard in the afternoon. The cleanliness could also use some improvement.
Experience:
Overall, things were fine. I’m not usually one to complain about small things, but there are areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the toilet seat was broken (though still usable), and the balcony lamp wasn’t working. What surprised me the most was the hotel charging IDR 15k for each piece of cutlery if you bring in outside food. I’ve never encountered this at any other hotel.
Highlights:
The resort view is nice, especially when you're relaxing in the lounge facing the pool.
Pros:
- Easy to get to from anywhere
- Good price
Cons:
- Noisy rooms
- Charges for cutlery
- Cleanliness needs improvement
Tips:
- Opt for a "Pool View" room instead of a "City View" to avoid noise.
- If you plan on ordering food from outside, bring your own cutlery to avoid extra charges for borrowing plates or utensils.

Best location near the main road, big room with balcony, nice hotel with pool view…. Breakfast great with few selection. Nice good service with some special requests on room deco. Overall outstanding.
