Ormos Atalia

I stayed at the Osmos travelling alone great rooms in a top notch part of Bali, close to the centre and all the beaches. There is a hill to get to it but you can take steps or gradual lane. Lovely views across the bays and the mountains. Staff really friendly and very helpful, rooms very clean , basic bathrooms but totally functional and all you need for a holiday. Food is traditional greek lovely fresh fruit /tomatoes for breakfast with a choice of hot food. Dinner buffet style . I really enjoyed my time here and its so close to the quality area in bali with the nicest beach just round the corner

We have had the best time staying at this Hotel. Laki and Christiana are truly amazing and have made our Holiday, nothing was ever a issue. Room was lovely and views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back Next year.

The views from this hotel are amazing. Rooms are fit for purpose we had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and clean. Food was OK including meat dishes and vegetarian dishes, my two criticisms would be that there wasn't any signs telling you what each dish was, and not a great selection of puddings, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful

This is the 6th time we have retured to Ormos Atalia for our family summer holiday and once again it was great!! Food and drink was good - apartment comfortable and staff were a pleasure to deal with - we really enjoyed our stay.

Recently stayed for a week with husband and our 9 year old son. The views are incredible for a start, the staff are Friendly and helpful, the food although not much variety for 2 vegetarians was tasty, would suit meat eaters. Food was fresh though, breakfast expecially was lovely, the pool area is so chilled out, quiet and relaxing. There are cats roaming the grounds who we loved fussing a feeding. The massionette was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable, the shower was huge! Overall we would recommend and would definitely stay again. Best stay yet

The whole hotel is disgusting and unsanitary, the room has been filled with ants all over the floor since we got here. Although they had cleaners , the rooms were never cleaned. The best that we got was new sheets and towels, the floors were left filthy. A bottle smashed in the room and the cleaner proceeded to just brush the broken glass out onto the patio which will be a hazard and a danger to any future people who will be staying in that room. The cutlery, plates and tables were filthy. There were bugs in our drinks as soon as they were made which leads me to believe that they were in the taps or that the cups/ glasses were just not cleaned at all. When going into the downstairs toilet, there were holes in the walls, mould on the ceiling and just filth everywhere. The ashtrays were also filthy, with blood on one of them. We paid for breakfast and dinner to be included, the food was practically inedible. We were never even offered a drink. The cleaners would just walk into the room when we were still in there, without even bothering to check. The ‘friendly atmosphere’ that is described when looking at this hotel is an absolute lie, it is very hostile. You have advertised that the hotel is great for families and that they have a children’s pool, the children’s pool that you are referring to is a tiny square , inadequate for swimming. And to top it all off, you had to pay extra for basic things such as the use of a fan that was already in the room. We have travelled to many different places and have never experienced this type of service before.

We had the best view from our room, the staff was very nice even though we arrived at 2AM they had our room ready with water and instructions how to get there. We loved in particular for the pool view and pool bar. Everything was amazing! My little one is talking only about this holiday. Thank you very much for making us all happy!

The hotel and staff are lovely and had a good variety of food choices and great amenities. The hotel is well located near 4 sandy beaches and not far from the village of Bali with ample shops. The pool was a key highlight, as well as the outdoor seating and the accommodating staff who made our stay stress free and homely. The area of Bali itself is very scenic and beautiful and the views can be appreciated from the outdoor eating area. Always enough space on sun beds around the pool too. The only drawback was some of the children in the other rooms, no fault of the hotel but they were very noisy at times around the pool. Nothing the hotel could have fixed though so still deserves the 5*!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week holiday and had a great time. The room and outdoor dining areas had a great view of the sea and the staff were all lovey and attentive. It’s a great deal for what you pay, extra is required for drinks at the bar and AC. The hotel is a very short walk away from 4 different beaches, one with a decent variety of water sports available like jet skis and paddle boats. Pool is warm and spacious but can get packed at busy times. The food was good, buffet style dinner and breakfast with one vegan option on all but one night although there is also a nice selection of salad and bread. The food isn’t labelled but it’s fairly obvious what is and isn’t vegan. For lunch there is a shop nearby to get food and the kitchen was well stocked with a fridge and hob (no oven/microwave) for sandwiches and fried veggies. The bar also offers a small lunch menu but nothing vegan. Only negative for us were the kids that were also staying in other rooms. Not sure if it’s the time of year we came but there were a lot of kids in the pool making a lot of noise at times and we got woken up some mornings to them screaming but again, you get what you pay for so no complaints. All in all a great trip with lovely staff and decent food for a very cheap price!
