Bali Beach Hotel & Village

The view from my room was unbelievably nice, with breathtaking vistas that made each morning and evening special. The hotel's proximity to great beaches was a huge plus, as I could easily enjoy the sun, sand, whenever I pleased. Moreover, the hotel itself had its own beautiful beach area, which was incredibly convenient. The pool area was also good, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind, surrounded by a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable vacation. Negatives: I found the food options to be a little bland and lacking in diversity. The limited selection, particularly when it came to seafood, with only fish being offered, was a disappointment for someone who enjoys a variety of flavors. Another downside was the hotel staff's behavior. They seemed disengaged and bored, frequently on their phones, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. However, I must mention that the ladies on staff were an exception, as they were kind and helpful, making a positive impact on my experience. Overall, although there were some drawbacks, the helpfulness of a few staff members did partially balance out the less enjoyable aspects of my stay.

Well cannot fault location beautiful stress relief location. Hotel staff friendly and helpful food excellent cant fault it . Pool ok area beach lovely at hotel but expensive to hire sunbeds and buy from beach bar , the food and drink is not included on beach in the all inclusive deal!. Hotel itself clean with many stairs if you unfortunate to be housed on hill top ,felt like traditional greek pack donkey climbing up stairs to room ! But its well worth if for views Downside Hotel has few issues that need addressing All inclusive cocktail menu limited as are pool snacks provided in pool bar throughout day . Each hotel room by speaking to other guests has niggly little issues , ours was plug socks falling out of walls exposing live wires, shower curtain not fit for purpose as bath room would be like a swiming pool after you took shower making it very slippery under foot . And unable to get any TV reception despite the TV being all singing/ dancing one ! If you like Youtube you're innfor a treat as that and other Apps on telly worked perfect! Reported to reception but never rectified !! Advise also hire a car as local buses to main cities are and experience as you have to dodge the traffic on motorway to get to one of the bus stops! Greek drivers are crazy !! Overall worth a visit if you up for adventures

This was a basic hotel. 3* and it was just that. Rooms were mainly clean. There isn’t a daily maid service. We had booked an extra room which wasn’t sorted for when we arrived but was resolved the next morning. Food was the biggest downfall as it was pretty much the same everyday for the whole week we were there and dessert options were poor and limited.

Nice bay. Pleasant swimming. That's it. Cleaning - 0, Food - just not to die, no beach towels and severe taxes for the sunbed and parasol. Had to buy shampoo and all the bath stuff as there was nothing. The sea was so beautiful!

Rooms in bad state of disrepair damp smell in room ,shower doors leaked water onto floor & nothing to hang shower head on wall either. Several times water came up through drain grille on the floor. Food choice very limited & repetitive on a daily basis . Twice went to pool bar and same staff member was sleeping in the corner and looked annoyed I dared to wake him . Cleanliness of rooms and hotel in general and issue ,grubby marks on walls in dining room and room . Same clump of hair was on floor beside toilet when given the room and was still there when we left ,shows how thorough the cleaners are. Pretty disappointing holday as the hotels description and photos are nothing like what you get when you are there. Great area of Crete ,poor hotel

The view is very beautiful, the staff, receptionist and the other working members are very nice. Lokation is beautiful and lots to see and enjoy. The beach bar is the best place to enjoy the beach, lovely water with the bar manager Suleman

Where to begin, after a lengthy 3 hour bus journey we arrived in Bali at 3am, literally dumped off the bus & told hotel was down the road we had to make our own way to it luggage in hand. As paying all inclusive but missing our first day due to travelling we weren’t offered a refreshment or snack upon arrival, not even a vending machine to buy ourselves something to eat, so we were left hungry & thirsty. After being given the keys to our room we were escorted by the receptionist out of the complex & down the street towards our room which although being a ‘village’ did not expect to be so far away from the main hotel. Although we were one of the lucky ones and some other guests were given keys & left on their own to find their own rooms with no directions. The room was situated on a ground floor very spacious & great views of the port & sea although it wasn’t what was advertised or thought we had paid for. Only complaint about our room was the leaking toilet, every time we flushed, the water would rush over the toilet seat. The first morning we went for breakfast & was deeply disappointed, to find there was no toaster, food selection was horrific unless you were a vegetarian, half cooked what appeared to be bacon, cold beans, and an overall poor selection of food, when It came to lunch, again deeply disappointed.. the food choice it honestly appalling, an you get given toast as a snack between meals😂when I asked what something was in the trays I was told by the chef it was “maybe beef” kind of summed up that even they had no idea what they were serving😂 even with it only being 3 stars you would atleast expect to get some chips, but instead in was slices of potato’s in some greasy sauce. So we basically just went and ate out for lunch and dinner every day, which isn’t what I was expecting after paying all inclusive, The pool bar close to our room didn’t really have an opening time, it just depended on when they wanted to open up and not when the sign said, on the plus side of this though there was no bar staff so it was basically a free for all👌🏼 last but not least when we went to evening entertainment one night and had a few drinks I went to the toilet near reception an to my horror I was met with a toilet that literally had s**t scattered all over it🤢 Basically to sum up my experience at Bali beach the location it honestly unreal the scenery it beautiful, but when it comes to the hotel it was honestly such a let down and not what was advertised.. I won’t be rushing back any time soon that’s for sure

Ok so you get what you pay for , but as long as you make the most of what you get you will have an amazing time, we were top pent room , nearly 200 steps but was worth it for the views, no lifts and some slopes in between on various routes up but just laugh and enjoy it as in the evening you get the most fantastic sights and mornings gives you superb skys. The beach was clear and private although you do pay for the beds and the pool bar it’s still lovely , you can investigate the coves and seabed rocks with a snorkel and we found lobster, octopus, eels and massive array of schools of fish to swim with, we went out of season and there was still shops open , no live entertainment as such but was enough for us as we wanted a quiet break, the restaurants were on the door steps as were shops , we found them all so welcoming without the pressure to buy something, 3 hours from chainia by coach , with a little bus train to drive you round the village . Yes the food was basic , cooked veg and local meats for breakfast with the option of fruit , yogurt and pastries, Lunch was some meat dishes mainly pork or lamb but also pasta , Greek salads and breads to choose with desserts mainly jelly which was lovely , dinner pretty much the same but some changes as lunch , the food wasn’t piping hot but edible. Drinks available in the restaurant but coffe machine off at 5pm , although the pool bar can supply this . Every staff we encountered were helpful and cheerful, and the room basic and dated but some rooms were well decorated. Remember toilet roll in to the bin !!! Other wise it blocks and it really is not a pleasant thing . Just enjoy if you want better then pay more but for us we got everything we wanted for the price we paid . Would definitely return

A very pleasant place for a holiday, we had spacy room with a terrace sea view. Very nice, food not bad at all, also pool bar with drinks from a morning up to 6PM. Nice sandy beach, with warm cristal clear water. Best what you could get for that money.
